Write a reviewAbsolutely loved our stay at the double tree Hilton! We reserved the room 10 minutes before getting there due to a horrible experience we had at another hotel near by where the rooms were disgusting. The Hilton exceeded our expectations, very friendly staff that went above and beyond for absolutely anything we needed. From the reception to housekeeping, they were all great! Rooms were comfortable, and clean which was the most important thing for us. The amenities were also clean and not crowded which is always a plus, we enjoy the jacuzzi and pool area. Their restaurant Parkway Prime is the best!!! Such great, delicious food from breakfast, to lunch to dinner. Our server Jake was awesome and made the experience so much more enjoyable if that was even possible. We recommend seeing him 100%, such a cool, funny guy! The Niagara state park is walking distance, it’s very convenient especially since you can enjoy the beautiful scenery on the walk there. Thank you again guys, we’re looking forward to come back!!

This has become our go to hotel when at the falls. It is within walking distance of the rapids and falls. Pay the little more for a river view room, it’s worth it. Staff has always been helpful and kind. Nice bar and restaurant as well.

This was my favorite hotel throughout or roadtrip.
Staff was super helpful and friendly! Even the staff assigned in the tour desk was kind enough to warn us to be wary of our surroundings as the area can get dangerous at night.
Room was clean and welcoming. Beds were super comfortable! The sheets smelled fresh
Just a 10 minute walk to the falls!
Room service was delicious and staff who sent it was so nice.
The most surprising was out of all the hotels stayed we only this one had makeup remover wipes. Heavenly! I love it. Will definitely return! Highly recommended!

Our agent at concierge gave us the utmost welcome greeting during check in and went over and beyond his duties to make us feel at home. We were offered warm chocolate chip cookies and water. We were also given a complimentary upgrade with a jacuzzi type tub and a view that overlooked the Niagara Falls River. The room was spacious and immaculate. We were also given 2 vouchers for breakfast in the restaurant as well as complimentary parking. Fantastic service. Very impressed! This is our new favorite hotel.

Very friendly Front Desk staff. Was upgraded to a suite - even though I was staying alone for business for one night. Made me want to stay and enjoy the views. It's close proximity to the falls, albeit on the US side so you don't really see much, but centrally located. Rooms are nice - probably do for some updating soon, but still very nice.

I’ve stayed in two different rooms. They had refrigerators but not microwaves.

I did not stay in a room like that. I was on 9th floor ( I believe) corner room and it was nice. Cleaning staff was nice and thorough. They have a very good breakfast buffet. Dinner is good but venue is limited to an extent. I was impressed and my fiancé liked and you know women are always the ones who need to be happy, lol
