This is a clean, modern facility located convenient to the Falls - hike about a mile to get to the park. You can also hike a couple miles up river if you are inclined. They have a nice, sunny, indoor pool, but no hot tub.
Desk staff was great! Very helpful and generous with their warm chocolate chip cookies.
Even though they were NOT busy, bar/restaurant staff was extremely slow - you almost needed to tackle them to get their attention (both morning and evening).
They charge for parking when other local hotels do not.
Minor complaints:
My rate included FREE breakfast, but it was actually a coupon good for a) a free buffet (but they didn't have a buffet) or b) $19 toward breakfast (which would almost get you most of their entrees $16, and a coffee $4, but no sides like bacon or juice $6).
They also provided a FREE drink coupon (worth $9), but most of their drinks were over $9.
Both of these were OK, but I'm agitated that both said FREE when neither was.

We love staying at this hotel for a quick getaway. Rooms are clean and comfy

This is a beautiful new facility with easy access to the American Falls and Goat Island, however, the neighborhood is super shady and the staff is poorly trained and underwhelming. Don't expect much from the bar or dining experience, but good location to Goat Island and Casino. They charge for parking although there is clearly plenty of space and it should be free. For the price, better, cheaper options available with same location. Better yet, stay on Canadian side.

As a Hilton Honors member, you are our most valued guest and I am sorry you did not know about the parking charges here in Niagara Falls. We have tried to make it as clear as possible during the booking process that you used as well as noting it on the parking pass that was given to you by the clerk at check in. With parking running as high as $30.00 per day at the various lots around the city, we have tried to keep it as affordable as possible for our guests and encourage them to park and walk if possible. I will also share your comments with our dining room manager. I am not aware of any major staffing issues unless we had a sudden increase in visitors at one time. I am not able to locate your dining room check with the information given but if the double charge for the dessert was not corrected, please let me know so we can make it right. Beautiful hotel and just a short walk to Niagara Falls. You need to go the bar and get a drink made by Bill. He is fabulous!! A real mixologist. He will provide local knowledge with fast service, and drink where you know it’s made by a man who loves his job and is the best at it!!

We had a queen balcony room. Super clean, great location and extremely friendly staff. A beautiful bar and restaurant area. Great indoor pool and hot tub. We needed handicapped parking and were told we could park in the 15 min parking if we needed because it was closer. Our kids loved the unlimited delish cookies.
