Best experience EVER. BEST staff you will ever encounter. Caroline, Gabby, Sasha and the custodial staff deserve as much praise as possible. Beautiful clean and perfect rooms. Best stay ever!! I will never go anywhere else, they have my business permanently.
Doubletree is a great hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The river views are beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset. It is a quick walk to the American falls and to Goat island. Parkway restaurant is also very good.
Poor service no free breakfast at all hot tub was shared by 5 year old Mexican kids about 7 of them took over the pool and hot tub again nothing but coffee and that's a line had elevator on hold on each floor it's was kids all over the place wouldn't go back
Perfect stay! We loved the view of the river, thought maybe this pic might find it’s way to the people who are in it! They made our day 😊.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and the hot tub was a nice refuge for those of us who like the beauty of the snow but have no desire to be out in it!
The staff was friendly and the view from our room was wonderful. However, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed was very firm, too firm with no pillow topper. The pillows looked big and fluffy but lay on them and they disappear. Try to bunch it up under your head ... but it was a very uncomfortable couple of nights. The restaurant food was subpar. This was listed as upscale dining. Dinner was ok. The breakfast buffet was not good. We enjoyed the location of this hotel and it was clean and aesthetically pleasing but I would not stay here again.
