Write a reviewGreat Location to walk to Rainbow Bridge. Had the most comfortable beds and pillows! (Especially since I could compare it to different hotel we had just stayed at a few days earlier) There was good space between the beds and TV and enough room to lay down the suitcase comfortably. Also, I liked how the bathroom was on a separate area from where the beds were - giving a little more privacy. Staff very nice and accommodating. Concierge lady was not very helpful.

This hotel is brand new (soft opening in Dec 2016 and full opening in Feb 2017). We are Hilton loyalists. We felt the price, in full season (Aug) with a view of the Niagara River/Goat Island was excellent. The up-charge $10/nt for a river view was well worth it. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. Every staff encounter we had was wonderful (concierge staff are employees of Greyline tours, they could be a bit more helpful in their suggestions of things to do. (we had to press for information).
We were very warmly greeted by the front office agent, Robin. She has such a warm friendly smile and made us feel welcome immediately. The restaurant/bar staff were also very efficient and friendly. We spent a great deal of time out of the hotel, visiting the sites, which are within walking distance of the hotel. Do bring a comfortable pair of walking shoes, you will do much walking while in Niagara Falls.
We would most definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

I decided to take my gf on an impromptu trip to Niagra falls for our 1 year anniversary. I booked my room on the way up and it didn't disappoint. The staff was very friendly, the property was clean, and the food was great. They have a tour concierge that you can book through with a shuttle that picks you up on location. Everything went very smooth and I'd recommend staying here strongly!

From the front desk staff to concierge and room service, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The room was big, clean and had a wonderful view of the Niagara River. Hot cookies were offered all day long at the front desk!

This was a great choice Carolina took care of all our problems when we arrived and wanted to make sure our Anniversary was amazing! Dave got us checked and out secured our bags until we came back from our tour, he was so pleasant! Stan the concierge gave us great places to go and booked us on an amazing tour! Amy made sure our breakfast experience was wonderful and delicious! Our view was amazing and peaceful! The room was clean and beautiful! This was a great experience Anniversary experience!
