Rooms & parking was great! Awesome location was able to walk to the Falls. I was there for a conference and the food was very good as well. Very clean property. The Front Desk Staff was excellent. Thank you so much for helping me keep my breastmilk frozen :) Thank you Sasha, you and your team were great, I appreciate it.
The staff at the Niagara Falls, NY Double Tree by Hilton were fabulous! From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the banquet staff. All should be commended for their hospitality spirit! Really enjoyed my stay!
Arrived after 9 hour train journey from New York, met with smiles and a warm cookie. Checked in very quickly then up to the room. Really large room with nice view of the city, air conditioner was a bit load but we just switched it off.
Asked how to get to the falls and told by reception that you go down to LL and out, this took us past the pool and out of the car park, crossed the road and we were at the bank of the Niagara, what a location!!
10 minutes walk (well 20 with stopping for pictures) and we were at the American Falls.
Got back to the room, wife wanted a cup of tea but she likes extra milk, off I go down to reception to ask for a couple of extra cartons and if they had a shower cap. Lady at reception disappeared for a couple of minutes then comes back with a bag with loads of milk, loads of spare tea bags and 5 shower caps - that's extra service for you.
We had an early train back to New York this morning (on the train whilst writing this) so asked reception to organise 6am taxi, came down at 05:45 this morning to check out, 2 minutes to check out and the taxi was waiting for us 😁
Great hotel! We arrived a bit early which was no problem. The front desk staff, Priscilla, actually texted me to make sure the room was ok! The bar stafff and wait staff were friendly and fabulous. And the room was super quiet and comfortable. We visit Buffalo frequently for business and personal trips and are making this our go-to hotel.
We were there during the eclipse which is normally off season but they were clearly sold out. They dealt with being overextended in a professional and caring manner and we did not feel our trip was impacted as a result. The restaurant staff in particular did a wonderful job handling the influx of visitors. The restaurant staff was incredible and caring with our children. They offered to bring food to our room so the kids didn’t have to wait. Shirley temple drinks were offered to keep kids happy and in general they went above and beyond to make sure our kids had a great experience! Thank you!
