Our golf group travels every spring to a golf destination. Palm Desert, Phoenix, Tucson, Vegas, Myrtle Beach to name a few. Our experience at Magic Village was outstanding. The condos which were 4 bedroom with each having its own bathroom was a plus and the fact that they arranged to have the condos next to each other made things that much more enjoyable. The golf courses that were chosen turned out to be fabulous.
All in all a great time was had by all. Coming from the north the weather helped too.

This place is beautiful and we will stay again! Restaurants, shopping, H20 water park and more very close by, not to mention Disney. A few hiccups though… My only two negatives is upon check-in, we were accidentally checked into a residence that was already occupied. Please beware of the $350 hold on your credit card in addition to the cleaning fee. I was charged the hold twice and am still waiting on it to be resolved (not the three or four days promised/expected).

This is my home away from home, I have been coming here shortly after they opened 2-3 times a year and I’ve always been treated like family.
The villa’s are so spacious and equipped with a full kitchen.
The location is perfect right behind RT 192 which is near to Disney Parks and SeaWorld parks (Universal is also in the vicinity)
It’s quiet yet you have access to just about any store, pharmacy or restaurant you would like.
The restaurant on property is amazing, they become good friends and excellent servers and chefs.
I would like to thank Gerciele Soares for always accommodating me even from a year in a half ago when my wallet fell out of my bag which I located thankfully at a park. She always makes me feel like family. Also gracious employees Carol and Patrica along others at the lobby. Chef and manager Robert, Chef Thiago, server Fabio along with a lovely new server and hostess who were most kind. I appreciate everyone who makes our vacation extra special.

I have been staying at the Magic Village Yards since they opened an find it to be my home away from home. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more accommodating, the rooms are beautiful, clean, stocked with dishes, pots, silverware and glasses ect. I always feel as if I am in my second home while on vacation. The restaurant is delicious with an amazing friendly and professional staff, In which I dinned every single evening. The location is amazing as well close to anything you may need, parks, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. If your looking for a perfect place to stay I suggest you stay at the Magic Village.

I found this property on expedia, from the pictures I knew this would be a great vacation! My niece turned 5 uears old and our family planned a 5 day vacation to spend in Florida at Disney and Universal. There were 2 adults and 3 children aged 5, 11 and 16 on the vacation. Since it was my niece's birthday I wanted to surprise her with cake and balloons and party decorations before we got there. I called the property manager and asked them to decorate the home with party decorations, balloons, cake and ice cream. When we opened the door there were beautiful pink and glitter styled balloons and cake with all the party trimmings! Great job!
We had a two story, 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom with summer kitchen barbecue grill, hot tub, full kitchen, a den, 2 balconies and a back yard this was beautiful! It's close to stores like Walmart and the big orange ( I forgot what it's called) 10 minutes to Disney World, 15 to Universal studios. We had a marvelous time the only thing is our key battery ren out and we were locked out for about 10 minutes or so until someone came to change it. I highly recommend this property and I will be back. KUDOS!

The carpets needs to be shampoo throughly or replaced. Please let guess know that there's a additional charges for in house items prior to checking in.

The room itself is beautiful. The food at the restaurant is incredible. It is close to the parks and easy to get to. It is slightly less "glamourous" than the pictures make out and when we were there we had horrible, loud neighbors who used our extra parking space without asking. The surrounding hotels are a bit sketchy, but this resort is gated so I felt safe. There is a Texas BBQ restaurant nearby that is wonderful, if you don't want to eat at the small restaurant on site.

This was a big time “gathca”. The pictures looked gorgeous but the reality was totally different. I guess the photographer was a magician because me managed to make the place look spacious and luxurious while in reality it was small, dirty and with very worn out furniture. Will not stay again! We were there for less than 12 hours, just to sleep and paid $150 for cleaning and are wondering what they use it for since they obviously don’t clean. Wyndham should refund me!

Big for my family of 6. Loved the kitchen, since we stayed for 6 days, some mornings i cooked breakfast. I love the space and everything about this property. My kids also enjoyed the pool and the play area. The location of this villa is in close proximity to Disney theme parks, there is a walmart, many restaurants around. Great and wonderful place.

The villas are beautiful, clean, comfortable. The staff is great. The restaurant is great. The toilets are very short - bring a walker if you are old and stiff so you can get up. Bring your tap top and HDMI cable to hook to the TV because the channel are all commercials. Otherwise a great place to stay!! I could not get a handicapped access Villa - they were all booked - so can't comment on those facilities.

Good morning! We don't provide a shuttle for the parks, but we support guests by hiring the transportation via our concierge team.

The staff cleans and drains the jacuzzis at every check-out. Besides the cleaning with appropriate products, the filter is also cleaned.
And the team also has a preventive maintenance schedule on a regular basis.
