Excellent accommodations, clean, new.
Staff very attentive and professional. Nice place with restaurant, bar, and nice swimming pool.
This is not a regular hotel, it is a condo. We got a 3 bedroom condo and found it lovely, we had our own patio with our own barbecue pit. The kitchen was very modern. Granite in all over the place, nice furniture, very spacious and clean. Our condo has 3 floors and included a private elevator. Made me feel like home.

We stayed here 9-20th April for a family holiday doing Disney/Universal. There were 4 adults and a 9 year old and we stayed in a 5 bed house all with ensuite bathrooms. The house was very well equipped with a massive fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer etc and a good selection of kitchen utensils and crockery. There is only one sachet of dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder & a small bottle of washing up liquid, so it was necessary to buy top ups at the local store. The house was spotlessly clean although with cream carpets and a cream suite, there was general signs of wear and tear and we were very careful not to make any spills.
The house is really modern with large showers and very comfortable beds and pillows. There was plenty of storage and the house was plenty large enough for a family of 5.
We had a pool and lakeside view, which was lovely. The pool was warm and is large enough for kids to play and adults to relax. It was fairly quiet when we were there and only saw a family or two occasionally at the pool, so there was plenty of choice of sun beds. The bar service by the pool was swift and a good selection of really tasty food at a reasonable price- the burgers are delicious! There is a small gym, which looked well equipped, although we didn’t use it. I ran laps of the complex every morning, which was so lovely and flat especially in comparison to the hills of home in West Yorkshire!
The location of Magic Village is better than we could have hoped for. It was less than a 5minute drive to Disney’s Animal Kingdom and a maximum of 20mins to the other parks.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Magic Village, it was a lovely luxurious base to come home to after a full on day. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Just to note, we had expected to pay a cleaning fee on check in, but this was never mentioned and we never paid it. We don’t know whether this has been removed or whether it was because we stayed more than 5 days- we didn’t want to ask to find out!!

These are very spacious villas with 3-4 bedrooms with ensuite baths, kitchen, laundry, and outside patios. Very modern and nicely furnished. The resort is located central to all major parks and attractions. There are many great restaurants nearby as well as a onsite restaurant that delivers to your villa. The pool area consists of a pool and hot tub with comfortable lounge areas. No lazy rivers or water slides for children. We took our own wash cloths based on other reviews. They were correct- WASH CLOTHS ARE NOT PROVIDED so bring your own- very strange and our only complaint.

Wyndham Magic Village Orlando/Kissimmee
Even with a few negatives, Magic Village Kissimmee deserves a 5 star rating for comfort of accommodations and welcoming and helpful staff!
Let’s get the negative out of the way first: The internet would sporadically stop working. The TV had a bad sound bar which made it difficult to watch together as a family in the main area. The $150 cleaning charge at the end of your stay and the $85 cleaning service during your stay may be unexpected. You can have packages sent there, but you will be charged $5 per package for them to accept your packages.
Tips: Check to be sure everything works when you get there so you can have maintenance come and fix them before they are needed. Rent a car if you don’t drive to Kissimmee because it is not walking distance to many places outside the resort. Be sure to bring your own laundry and dish washer detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, salt and pepper, napkins, and other items you may need like extra washcloths and towels. At the end of your stay, you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee, and they will inventory your unit and charge you for anything broken or lost. You should be out by 11 AM on your departure date or they may charge you for an extra day’s stay. Closely watch your kids outside because Florida has alligators and snakes.
The property is amazing: It is a secure, gated resort with free parking and internet, convenience, privacy, spacious units, close to Walt Disney World parks and shopping. Our unit had a balcony with 2 chaises overlooking the pond, parking right outside our front door, a full bathroom for each bedroom and a half bath for the common area, polite, responsive, helpful staff etc. The unit was very clean and fresh, but it is new so things are not yet worn out. The furniture looks nice, but it also seems cheap, so I think it could suffer from wear and tear as time goes by. The location is close to Disney World and you park your vehicle right outside your front door! The resort has a shuttle once a day to only one park, so use your own transportation if possible. Target, WalMart, CVS, Walgreens, many fast food restaurants, many gift and souvenir shops and other stores are all nearby for last minute needs. They have a well-supplied full kitchen with dishes, glassware, utensils, full-size appliances (oven and stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher) and pots and pans. Bring your own laundry detergent, dish detergent, and paper supplies if you will be staying for any length of time because they only provide trial packets for dishwashing and laundry. Our unit had 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with king beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each) and each bedroom had its own good-sized bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom has a large balcony overlooking the pond and 2 chaises for relaxing. We had a few issues such as a plumbing issue and maintenance reset our modem once, and the maintenance was polite, helpful, and responded quickly. The décor was neutral, and the unit was very clean. We had a lake view with the master bedroom balcony overlooking the pond, and a front twin-bed bedroom balcony overlooking the parking area. We had a group of 8 including children, and we were very comfortable. An outside summer kitchen has a grill and a seating area with a table for eating outside by the pond. There is a gym, heated pool, and restaurant on site. You can get drinks and food from the restaurant out by the pool and our children met many others from other countries. We really enjoyed the international feel the other guests brought. They charge $85 each visit for cleaning services during your stay, but you can easily clean up after yourself and wash your own bed sheets, towels, etc. during your stay; a cleaning fee of $150 may be charged after you leave. Everyone in our group was impressed.

Wow!
Have stayed in many places all over the world but this will take some beating

A brand new resort ( we got a great deal and no doubt it will quickly jump to the top of the rankings and not become such s hidden gem !)

Located at the back of I92 not on sat navs, tricky to first find ( on back road behind cici pizza on i92)

First impressions good, new complex still building to the right as you enter
Plenty of car parking space right outside the villa

We had 4 bedroom villa with terrace bbq.. Stunning!
The layout was fantastic and well planned, downstairs bathroom, laundry room. Beautiful open kitchen / lounge very well equipped and hi specifications
Lovely terrace with table for 6 and gas bbq
Double bed with bath/shower downstairs and 3 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. (Two twins and one double)
Plenty of utensils and starter bits n bobs for washing up etc
It feels like no expense spared and everything was sparkling new and so well appointed it was a pleasure to come "home" after long days
My only worry is everything is light coloured , beautiful carpets, sofa etc so could get marked with the increased usage.
24 hour reception and pool area / restaurant
Staff friendly and efficient

Could not get better than this ! Thank you !

Yeah! That's what I had.. there are no rooms on the bottom floor, just kitchen half bath, laundry and sitting area. On the second floor, we have a room with a single king and a room with 2 singles. On the third floor we again had a room with a single king, and one room with 2 singles. Each room had its own bathroom and all rooms(except for the "kids" room had balconies) There is an elevator which entry to all 3 levels(it's a really small elevator tho) The balcony on the room with 2 twins did not have any lounge chairs - or chairs at all. The room with the king on the third floor had 2 bench chairs and the king on the second floor had 2 lounge chairs Hope that helps!
