Hotel was very clean! Staff is very friendly and easy to access. Large home style units with enough bedrooms to spread out after long days at the parks. Would definitely go back.

Overall, the unit was clean and the grounds were quiet. The lakeview was peaceful and we sat on the lounge chairs outside the upstairs bedroom enjoying the serenity. There was only one place to eat on-site with limited hours. There were plenty of places to eat nearby but many did not deliver.

Magic Village Yards was a Great Experience! Laura was our contact person for our stay. She was Wonderful! The Villa we stayed in was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate the event we held there. Food was delicious! Overall a Great Experience!

This used to be my go-to place but now they are lacking on the upkeep. The grounds need more curb appeal. Grass was over grown and wasp next too close to entry & on balcony. The rooms weren't as clean this time around. There were ants in the kitchen & bedrooms. If booking a unit by the lake, be aware of the ducks. The units should be screened in to keep the ducks from entering onto the patio. We had duck poop EVERYWHERE! A few issues for our stay: no trash bin in the kitchen, no oven mits to handle hot items & no hot water in the kitchen sink. Stay overall was ok, front desk & other personnel was very accommodating.

Excellent location. Close to Animal Kingdom. Easy to get to. Spacious rooms 5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Bring an extra roll of toilet paper. They only give you 1 roll per bathroom. Very quiet. Good parking. Nice pool.

We arrived to a filthy stained carpet and rug with food matted in it and completely broken bed sitting on the floor. The trip just went down hill from there. The hotel refused to do any type of refund.

We LOVED staying here with a larger family. Everyone appreciated having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for fixing meals! The pool was zero entry which would be great for little kids. The parking was free. It was wonderful having our own washer and dryer. Disney was a quick drive! We would definitely book another trip here!

This was a weekend trip to Florida. Went to WDW and Animal kingdom. Distance from property to theme park was a great choice. Party of 6 with a toddler, space was amazing!! Washer and Dryer provided with soap if needed. Full kitchen with table top bar for seating. Outdoor space to the lake was CUTE!!

Rooms are large but not clean. Pool area run down and occupied by numerous unsupervised young children who appear to live there, not guests. More of a city public pool environment.

Was really disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool area , garbage and clothing left around for 4 + days , ended up just picking it up myself . The deck was never swept in the 10 days we stayed . Fallen tree leaves and husks everywhere , bird droppings on all the deck furniture and no one from the resort even came to adjust the deck furniture back in place the entire 10 day stay . Really property maintenance has gone down hill , we have been staying at Magic Village yards since early days of construction

Good morning! We don't provide a shuttle for the parks, but we support guests by hiring the transportation via our concierge team.

The staff cleans and drains the jacuzzis at every check-out. Besides the cleaning with appropriate products, the filter is also cleaned.
And the team also has a preventive maintenance schedule on a regular basis.
