Was really disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool area , garbage and clothing left around for 4 + days , ended up just picking it up myself . The deck was never swept in the 10 days we stayed . Fallen tree leaves and husks everywhere , bird droppings on all the deck furniture and no one from the resort even came to adjust the deck furniture back in place the entire 10 day stay . Really property maintenance has gone down hill , we have been staying at Magic Village yards since early days of construction

We recently stayed at Magic Village for 12 nights, on our honeymoon. We can't say enough good things about this resort.

The location is perfect. So close to Disney parks, really close to a huge new Walmart, and a Target/Publix in the other direction. Parking is free, and each villa has clearly marked reserved spaces. Easy location for Uber too (although if you do, make sure you message the driver to say pick up from the Black Lake Road entrance, as their GPS doesn't recognise the front entrance).

Our villa was spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we need. The outside BBQ was amazing, our hot tub was so well maintained with someone checking it most days so it was always working perfectly, and inside was perfect. We loved the fridge freezer with ice dispensers, and the utility room was ideal. Our aircon was quiet and worked without any problems despite it being especially hot during our first week.

Lovely shampoo, conditioners, and body lotion are supplied in each room, and you get a set of mini-basics (washing up liquid, laundry detergent etc) to set you up for your first day.

We had an issue with our TV and the front desk team, and Laura in particular, were so quick to fix it. We had a technician come the same day and everything was fixed and working perfectly.

We didn't use the pool in the main building but we did sit by it on our last day and it is a lovely space with lots of comfy seating around the edge.

We will definitely return if we come back to Orlando, and would highly recommend Magic Village to friends and family.

This is a lovely resort - everything is new, so it's very clean and modern, I have nothing negative to say about the property. We had a 4 bedroom, perfect floor plan for 2 families as they have 2 master suites. They have house keeping but you have to pay extra, the house comes with everything you need but if you need extra then you have to pay for house keeping, but there is a full washer and dryer and they have laundry soap - so you can wash, I was on vacation and did not want to clean so I paid extra for house keeping. If you stay less than 5 days you also pay an extra $150 cleaning fee. They do not have face towels, so bring face towels or you can buy - that is the only thing that was a bummer.
The swimming pool also closed very early, I wish they could be open later as you come back from the parks late and the pool is closed.
I got an email about them providing a chef, wish I knew this earlier, but it said they can arrange for a chef. All in all, this was a lovely resort.

We had a lovely stay at Magic Village Yards, meeting up with friends who live in Jacksonville. It was very quiet, which suited us perfectly, as we often had the pool to ourselves and didn't feel like our children were disturbing anyone; although others may not like staying somewhere so quiet, it was great for relaxing between Disney days! Great location for the parks, and also for lots of food and shopping options (the on-site restaurant menu is a bit limited).
The house was fantastic, very spacious, very clean, lovely high-quality bedlinen, walk-in closets, beautiful carpets, plenty of room for the 7 of us (we had a 4-bed, 2 story deluxe). The only things missing were a toaster (as Brits, we need our toast!) and any way to stream internet TV - the TV was not a "smart" one, there appeared to be limited children's channels (despite the long list provided, most were not actually present), and there was no way to connect a laptop or other device to the TV. There wasn't even a DVD player, and upon asking at Reception I was recommended to go to a shop and buy something! So if you want to stream TV, take a Fire Stick or Apple TV or something with you, and if you want to watch DVDs, take your own player...
I would also mention that the air conditioning, fridge, boiler etc. were very, very noisy!
Overall it was great though, and pretty good value, with only a couple of minor niggles.

Wyndham Magic Village Orlando/Kissimmee
Even with a few negatives, Magic Village Kissimmee deserves a 5 star rating for comfort of accommodations and welcoming and helpful staff!
Let’s get the negative out of the way first: The internet would sporadically stop working. The TV had a bad sound bar which made it difficult to watch together as a family in the main area. The $150 cleaning charge at the end of your stay and the $85 cleaning service during your stay may be unexpected. You can have packages sent there, but you will be charged $5 per package for them to accept your packages.
Tips: Check to be sure everything works when you get there so you can have maintenance come and fix them before they are needed. Rent a car if you don’t drive to Kissimmee because it is not walking distance to many places outside the resort. Be sure to bring your own laundry and dish washer detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, salt and pepper, napkins, and other items you may need like extra washcloths and towels. At the end of your stay, you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee, and they will inventory your unit and charge you for anything broken or lost. You should be out by 11 AM on your departure date or they may charge you for an extra day’s stay. Closely watch your kids outside because Florida has alligators and snakes.
The property is amazing: It is a secure, gated resort with free parking and internet, convenience, privacy, spacious units, close to Walt Disney World parks and shopping. Our unit had a balcony with 2 chaises overlooking the pond, parking right outside our front door, a full bathroom for each bedroom and a half bath for the common area, polite, responsive, helpful staff etc. The unit was very clean and fresh, but it is new so things are not yet worn out. The furniture looks nice, but it also seems cheap, so I think it could suffer from wear and tear as time goes by. The location is close to Disney World and you park your vehicle right outside your front door! The resort has a shuttle once a day to only one park, so use your own transportation if possible. Target, WalMart, CVS, Walgreens, many fast food restaurants, many gift and souvenir shops and other stores are all nearby for last minute needs. They have a well-supplied full kitchen with dishes, glassware, utensils, full-size appliances (oven and stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher) and pots and pans. Bring your own laundry detergent, dish detergent, and paper supplies if you will be staying for any length of time because they only provide trial packets for dishwashing and laundry. Our unit had 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with king beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each) and each bedroom had its own good-sized bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom has a large balcony overlooking the pond and 2 chaises for relaxing. We had a few issues such as a plumbing issue and maintenance reset our modem once, and the maintenance was polite, helpful, and responded quickly. The décor was neutral, and the unit was very clean. We had a lake view with the master bedroom balcony overlooking the pond, and a front twin-bed bedroom balcony overlooking the parking area. We had a group of 8 including children, and we were very comfortable. An outside summer kitchen has a grill and a seating area with a table for eating outside by the pond. There is a gym, heated pool, and restaurant on site. You can get drinks and food from the restaurant out by the pool and our children met many others from other countries. We really enjoyed the international feel the other guests brought. They charge $85 each visit for cleaning services during your stay, but you can easily clean up after yourself and wash your own bed sheets, towels, etc. during your stay; a cleaning fee of $150 may be charged after you leave. Everyone in our group was impressed.

When we were there recently occupancy was at around 20% so not an issue. Pool isn't tiny. Do get a better room away from construction.
