Write a reviewI don't understand the bad reviews . Yes this place is under construction which means you have a brand new home to stay in for your vacation. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Magic village was centrally located minutes away from all the parks. The property itself was gorgeous , spacious, Beautifully decorated , not a penny spared . The beds were a tad hard for my taste, but other than that, great 3/3.5 townhouse with all the amenities , pool, restaurant, gym, kids play room. Also I have to mention we checked in on Christmas eave and the staff worked very diligently to make sure our townhouse was ready for our stay. Very nice staff!

Our family took a road trip in to Orlando, and stayed here for a full week. When we arrived at the gate of the property, we were instantly impressed. The property is brand new, and very nice. Although this is a hotel, they're really nice townhomes that are well designed and exceptionally decorated. Our place was nice and clean, with spacious rooms, a bathroom in every room, and a laundry room that featured a full size washer and dryer. The hotel is also located in a prime location which puts you close to all attractions, nice restaurants, shopping areas, and grocery stores. We had dinner brought to our town home from the onsite restaurant, but was not at all impressed with the food, and it was quite pricey. Also, you have the choice of having housekeeping and receiving fresh and/or extra towels for an extra $75 during your stay. We opted out, and decided to wash our own. So, if you have a large family and would like a nice place with lots of room for everyone to have their own space to stay, this place will be ideal. It is also exceptionally priced for what your get. We will return here again for sure.

I have been staying at the Magic Village Yards since they opened an find it to be my home away from home. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more accommodating, the rooms are beautiful, clean, stocked with dishes, pots, silverware and glasses ect. I always feel as if I am in my second home while on vacation. The restaurant is delicious with an amazing friendly and professional staff, In which I dinned every single evening. The location is amazing as well close to anything you may need, parks, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. If your looking for a perfect place to stay I suggest you stay at the Magic Village.

Our family stayed in a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom and outdoor spa villa. My adult kids loved it. They each had a bedroom & bathroom. We were visting theme parks over the 5 days and it was very well located. Most days we would call an uber which was relatively well priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Restaurant at the resort was AWESOME!! Great food.

Booked this hotel on short notice after another plan fell through. On another website Magic Village Resort has a 5 star review and based on the pictures it looked like a great place to take a family for a Disney vacation.
Once we got into the area the taxi driver used the GPS to locate the entrance. The entrance is gated and we were not given a code. There is a telecom system, but when we pressed the connect to the front desk no one answered. We had to drive around the back side only to see that the resort is under major construction.
This place isn't even close to being completed. The hotel listings are completely inaccurate.
Most of the listed features are not completed. No restaurant, no fitness center, or no bar. Those are just the things we found out once we got there but are listed online. Who knows what else isn't completed.
It also says there is a shuttle to the theme parks. There is no shuttle to the parks. Well there sort of is. They will shuttle you to one park which isn't even magic kingdom so if you want to go to the other parks you will have to get a taxi. Also we were told the shuttle only picks up and drops off once a day.
We immediately left and went to another hotel in the area that was more accommodating.
At this point both the hotel and the booking website are refusing to refund my money.
The phone number listed on the website does not ring to the front desk. Part of the reason the booking website will not refund my money is because they can not get a hold of anyone at the resort.
Look at my pictures. Does this look like a 5 star resort that is ready for guests? The pictures inside are across from the front desk. That's a giant book case held up with ratchet straps. The other inside pictures look like the bar that is not completed. The building construction is just a little bit of it as I didn't take any pictures other than what was around the check in area.
So my advice to others is to stay away!

Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for taking the time to place such a detail review of your recent experience at our Resort. The resort is presently being built on phases and phase 1, which is the phase were all the amenities, Club House and services to our visitors are provided is complete at 100%. Phase 2 is almost complete and most of the buildings will be delivered this month. Our fitness center, kids club, concierge, pool, hot tub as well as our free internet service and cable system are fully functional and operational. Our restaurant is on schedule to open this upcoming week and we will offer a variety of fine dishes and drinks to satisfy the most demanding pallet. We would’ve love to have had the opportunity to host you and your family and to provide you with our distinctive customer service and superb accommodations; we are certain you wouldn’t be disappointed.
