My family was staying in Orlando/Kissimmee for spring break, and it was tough to find a place for dinner that was not crowded or exorbitantly priced. We like simple, good food, and we were traveling with our teens, both of whom have food allergies. After a somewhat rough start (we got onto a "wait list" for 7:30pm, and we were told that it would be a 20 minute wait, but it stretched to 40 minutes), we were seated and were able to speak with our server about the food allergies. Much to our delight, our kids could eat the bread, so that kept them from "starving" (if you know teens, you know). They were each able to order easily, because our server was very knowledgeable about the menu items and was able to customize something for our daughter. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and our long wait was forgiven! I wish that we had a Carrabba's in our hometown. I'd recommend it for families without hesitation.

Had to try the $10 Take home dinner. It is not a come on and you can take home an excellent meal for only $10 literally from soup to nuts. Good service and tasty entrees. Try the food and experience a good value.

My family and I were on vacation in Orlando over Christmas. We wanted to have a nice Italian meal, but due to Covid and having small kids, we decided to order in. There were 5 adults and 3 toddlers and our order total was $190. The order was placed online. We ordered 5 entrees, 4 appetizers, 4 desserts and a couple sides. My husband picked up the order and asked if he could have extra bread knowing that our family loves bread with our Italian meals and we normally don’t eat carbs so we were looking forward to bread with our meal and also knowing that our order included 2 orders of the bread and dipping sauce trio and wanted to make sure we had enough bread to go with the dipping sauces. He was told that they don’t give extra bread no matter how large the order but there was plenty in the bag. When he got back to the rental house, there were 2 bags, each containing 3-4 small half slices of bread. The bread slices were so small it gave each of us literally 2 bites of bread. We didn’t even bother opening the dipping sauces because what’s the point for a bite of bread. The food was good, but very disappointing after spending over $200 with tip and purchasing two of the bread and dip trios to ensure we had enough bread only to get home with barely any bread. Bread must be a hot commodity for Carrabba’s! I wonder how much bread you get if you don’t purchase the bread and dips trio? I guess none! Thank you Carrabba’s!

Don’t waste your time or money at this place! Awful service disgusting food. Seated at the back of the restaurant walked past at least 15 tables that hadn’t been cleared all with either full dishes or half eaten dishes left, this should have been the alarm bell! Ordered a steak that looked lovely when arrived cut into it and looked perfectly cooked at medium rare, all went down hill from there, steak smelt, was very chewy and in general didn’t taste normal. Wife ordered spaghetti with meat sauce which after one spoon she left, children left theres as well, we was then left for 25 minutes waiting for our server before another server finally agreed to take it back, asked for the bill which came out wrong 3 times!! Asked for a manager who didn’t turn up until after we paid for the starters and drinks as soon as we paid she appeared apologised and said we didn’t have to pay anything but because we have she cant give refunds? Although we had sat for 45 minutes waiting for her & the correct bill. We must have counted at least 6 parties walk out with similar issues. Horrendous place to go. So many places to visit around the 192 area this place must be staying open on one time tourist customers.

We stopped at this Carrabba's for lunch last weekend. We were seated and Brad M. presented and introduced himself. I knew there was something special about him when he brought the bread, delicately placed it on the table and said, "Our warm bread is paired with olive oil with our special herbs and spices." What? I felt like we were at Fleming's! Brad presented our salads and entrees with great care, turning the plate to face me and naming the dish and sides. His voice was perfect, not too loud or too soft. His facial expression was one of sincere interest in our dining experience. At the end of our meal Brad asked, "Do I have your permission to remove your plates at this time?" Wow! Talk about customer service! Our meal was delicious as it always is at Carrabba's and I let the manager know what a true gem she had in Brad M. Ask for him for a 5-star dining experience!

We have been twice to this location and both have been truly a wonderful dining experience. Their pasta is the best! We had the Veal Marsala and it was delicious. Their Alfredo linguine is the best my husband has ever had. The servers were attentive and made for a most enjoyable time. I had reviewed Bruno's earlier this vacation. This puts their restaurant to shame with quality and service. I think the Bruno's owner should visit this location to see how a great Italian restaurant operates.

We came for lunch on a Friday and the hostess seated us with the regular menu. Guess they wanted more money. I had to ask our server for the lunch menu that offers several selections for $ 11.99 and 13.99 or all the soup, salad and bread for 9.99 M-F. There was garbage on the floor near our booth in the aisle (2 cocktail napkins, a straw wrapper and a cherry stem) not one employee picked it up! Our server was not very observant and did not check back to see how our meal was in a timely fashion. I should have gotten Marsala a Jus served with my steak Marsala sandwich and I could have finished my lunch before he came back for me to ask for it. My sandwich looked lost on the plate! Drinks were never refilled. Salad was good and the taste of my sandwich was good just smaller than the last time I got it. Service is the reason for the poor review!

Food was great just like at any carrabbas. The issue though was the speed of service. It was not the server’s fault at all. She was great. The kitchen was taking sooooo long to get food out. You’d see all the servers just standing there waiting for the food. Took 30 minutes to get salad, another 15 for appetizer and then another 30 for entree which was just a basic pasta. I’d never go again.

Have been eating here for years when here on vacation however something has gone very wrong at this restaurant. Our dinner here this week was just utter chaos. Got seated and then ignored. Had to ask for the bread and dipping herbs. Then had to flag someone down to take a drinks order. Food was eventually ordered but the entrees were brought out before the appetisers had arrived. Had to chase for more drinks. Just rock bottom appalling service and although the young man serving us was extremely apologetic he was clearly overloaded with work and that lays firmly at the feet of the managers. You need to staff your restaurant adequately!

Expected better! Service was very slow. They were out of our first three choices on the menu at 5:15PM ( Lasagna, Veal Marsala, and Veal Piccata) We waited a long time for soup and salad and at the same time they arrived another waiter brought our main course. We asked them if we could please eat our salad first so they took the main course away and promised that it would be hot when they returned with it. It was barely Luke warm. We have decided that Olive Garden is better service, better food, and less expensive. Most likely will not go back.

3 of us sat down , had a starter and ordered the food . We asked for the main to be delayed by 10-15 minutes as last time they brought everything and dumped it on the table . Well exactly the same happened , so we told them to take the mains away. We don’t like being rushed out . Any way mains arrived and they must have dumped them somewhere and then just brought them back . Stone cold . We had 2 drinks each and the bill was $178 .I used to enjoy this restaurant , but will never ever set foot in their again

Absolutely fantastic food with great service and atmosphere. Easily the best meal we’ve had in Orlando over the last two weeks, really impressed. The whole family though their dishes were up there with the best pasta we’ve ever had. Personally the linguine Positano Shrimp was incredible, one of the best pasta meals I’ve ever had, if not the best. All staff were really welcoming and friendly, something I think is lacking in Orlando, and the restaurant was aesthetically pleasing. A delightful family meal and I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I went here for dinner because I wanted something that I knew would taste good. The bread and olive oil with their season combination is always something that I enjoy. I had an Old Fashioned which was pretty strong. My dinner was the Toscana Filet and Shrimp. I liked the way the filet was prepared. It was tender and the shrimp was a good complement. My server Natalie was friendly and came around the right amount of times. The restaurant was quiet because there were not many other diners.

Totally enjoyed our bar and dining experience during our vacation in October 2022. The management and staff were warm and friendly, leaving us with a feeling of appreciation for our patronage. Excellent service, especially from our server, Mario A. Food was well presented and plentiful. Looking forward to our next visit when we are in the area.

My husband and I went to the Carrabbas at Irlo Bronson Highway for Happy Hour and had fabulous food and terrific service. A shout out to Rebecca who was so accommodating and gave us great customer service! Jonathon and Ricardo were the bartenders who helped make our evening so enjoyable. If we lived here we would be back every week!
