Excellent Service & Food

We have stopped here twice, once for lunch, and once for dinner. In both cases the restaurant was very clean and service was wonderful. Our dishes were vegetable lo mein and teriyaki shrimp. The next time we had Szechuan chicken and teriyaki shrimp. The veggies were cooked to perfection and the chicken and shrimp or perfectly cooked as well. The only negative would be that the hostess/server did wear a very strong perfume. The first time it was over powering and the next time while strong it was not quite as bad but not what you want in a restaurant especially.

Excellent Food and Stellar Service

My family went to Sakura about a year ago when we first moved to Kissimmee. We remembered the service being amazing but the food we ordered didn't leave a lasting impression. We remember thinking it was good, but not mind blowing. Back then, we'd ordered the omelette rice, bulgogi, and unfortunately I can't remember the third dish. But tonight...oh my goodness. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We got the bibimbap, the Pho, and the Singapore Mei Fun. My entire family enjoyed our dishes while also being jealous of each other's. They were all so good. Just like the time before, the service was impeccable. We felt very welcome and safe eating in the restaurant. All the staff were wearing masks and the tables were social distanced very well. I think, when in doubt, lean toward the Vietnamese items on the menu. Every dish was a hit tonight. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our meal and the sushi was really good at a great price point. The asparagus shrimp soup was one of the best soups I’ve ever had. Will go back for sure.

This place is absolutely not welcoming! I walked in with a service dog and a lady who worked at this restaurant didn't even welcome us, she just started yelling no. I had some confusion understanding what she was yelling no about because she wasn't very clear. The food was decent but not great. We ordered a vegetable spring roll and our server brought shrimp spring rolls. When we told our server that what she gave us was wrong she didn't even bother to exchange it for what we were asking for. (She said that this is what we ordered) Overall I think this place was very unpleasant. They need to work on their service and certainly their manners.

A bit disappointing, likely won't be going back

While we were lucky enough to walk right in to this restaurant, we sat down without menu's and hung out for about 15 minutes waiting. We saw multiple couples and families sit down and got their menu's immediately. Finally we called over a hostess (who was extremely kind and apologetic) who then brought us our menu's. We understand they were crazy busy and a bit light on staff so we didn't say anything as we are typically very easy going, yet that was a pretty bad start to this experience. My wife and I who are both avid Bulgogi fans figured we'd play it safe and both ordered the Bulgogi. It was... "ok" at best... typically if I'm going to sit down for an "authentic" experience I expect something like Bulgogi to be at least on par with how I make it at home, yet my Bulgogi blows theirs out of the water..... that was a bit disappointing to say the last, especially after the wait. I really don't like writing non supportive reviews, and I know this place has been around a while so perhaps it just wasn't a good night, but for us, we probably won't be going back to find out.

Food was average, experience was even worse! Staff IGNORES you here.

This was a small Asian fusion restaurant with average tasting food and ambience. I am Asian and have eaten many types of authentic Asian food and was not impressed here. What was worse was the loud and obnoxious family next to us that kept giving their toddlers attention when they were screaming at the top of their lungs. It took them ten minutes after we ordered water for them to bring it to us. When we were ready to get the check, I tried to get the attention of ANY of the staff. I was first ignored, even when I was calling out to her. Then I stood up and physically walked across the restaurant to the counter/entrance to ask for someone to bring us our check. I asked another waitress who was not my server for the check. Then, ten minutes later, I saw our server come out with ice cream for the disruptive table and she made sure to serve them their ice cream before coming over to my table. This behavior was very unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. My family and I will not be back.

Delicious, Fresh Pho!!

While the outside of the building is not much to brag about, the inside decor is simply beautiful. There are fresh orchids on all the tables and soft music playing, giving the whole place a peaceful feeling. (I could have done without the TV news blaring over by the sushi bar, but, oh well.) Our waitress was very friendly and super prompt with our orders. My husband and I both had Pho Ga, which was perfect. I can't imagine that anything you might care to try in this restaurant wouldn't meet your standards. It was super-clean, everyone wore a mask, and we felt comfortable. Will return next time in Kissimmee!

Great for families

We brought our family of 6 here and they got us right in. They have a great kids menu. The sushi was great and the pad Thai was even better. My kids loved the egg rolls, low mein, and fried rice! The restaurant was super clean and cute with beautiful orchids. You can tell the owners take great pride in their work! They made the cutest napkins to welcome us and the most adorable carrot roses (see pic)

Expensive mistake.

We like Asian food and thought we would give this one a try! We had a fresh Vietnamese Spring Roll and the sauce was very good, the best I have ever had. Our main dishes came and we all were a bit disappointed. It seems that all the meats had been precooked. I understand that this speeds service but it gives the customer the impression that they are eating leftovers. The vegetables in the dished were fresh and wonderful, and it was obvious someone had gone to a lot of trouble to make carrot flower garnishes. Somewhat mixed messages. The prices were much higher than for other Asian restaurants - I put this down to being in a tourist area but the menu prices did make me think I would be getting better food.

Came to do a take out order. Friendly greeter and order taker at the door. We ordered Haru Maki,Vietnamese Egg Rolls, Combo Fried Rice, Katsudon, Makimono Combo. The Haru Maki & Vietnamese egg rolls were crispy and tasty. The Combo Rice was ok, no bean sprouts. Katsudon came with white rice and vegetables. I like it. Sushi has a sizable amount of pieces. Nothing spectacular in taste. I could come back to eat in.

Went last night for bday dinner

Went last night for bday dinner for my gf at 7:30. Place was somewhat full for covid on a Saturday night but not totally full. I’ve done over 1,100 reviews and rarely do bad ones. Stopped doing them but had to for this terrible experience bc they rate so high and I picked it for special dinner bc people rave about the service & food. We never got to the food bc we sat at our table 15-20 minutes and never had anyone come over. Looked like one waiter and one server. Couldn’t even order drinks. My gf had her hand up trying to flag them down but no luck. Table next to us got angry and wanted to pay for their drinks and leave because it was taking way too long to get food. When we walked in someone left complaining about service and the waiter had an attitude. We got up and left with the other couple and when my gf told them on way out they seemed to care less we were all leaving. Then the waiter guy mouthed something with an attitude. Will Never go again when in the area.

As a black male I walk into the restaurant and ask the Asian woman for a menu to place a takeout order she said wait a minute. As I am waiting a white couple walk into the restaurant, she gave them a menu right away. I was in shock. I live in New York this never happens to me before. I said whaaat i asked you for a menu first she did not say nothing back to me... so the white dude gave me his menu to order my food I took it, and I gave it back to that Asian woman and I told her what you did was racist. But I am not mad because I know better than you... (the poor Asian woman failed to know that racist is about money and power)

disappointing

i read the positive reviews and was excited. the sushi starter was quite nice and we were hopeful. the mains were disappointing. Very westernished Asian food. very gloupy and tasted as if they had been cooked a while ago...... not sure how they go so many positives , only the starter and the service got them up to a poor and not a terrible. save your money and try somewhere else.

Satisfy your Asian food craving

Taking a break from eating fried and grilled meat, we decided to try something different. The sushi and sashimi were good. We also liked their Vietnamese iced coffee and Thai milk tea. I was a bit disappointed by their take on the lomein, I have eaten better as street food. The beef and mushroom was alright.

Good Asian food

I had Bim Bam Bop that was very good. My girlfriend had a sushi roll that she really really liked. I don't recall what she had but it look good to me. The menu has a combination of Chinese food, nigiri, Japanese food, Vietnamese as well as some Korean dishes. The Cabbage kimchi was pretty good. The only thing missing on the menu was Kalbi. The service was very good, and the staff was friendly. Definitely would go back.
