This place is spacious and beautiful. We traveled down for a 5 night Disney Vacation and stayed here. It was my husband, myself and our 2 sons. Check in is at 4pm. Our flights were early so we couldn’t get into our unit. We had family travel down with us and they were staying MVViews. This allowed me to see the difference in the 2 properties. (Which I will compare in just a moment)
Our unit had 4 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom. There were 2 bedrooms with King beds and 2 with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom. Right by the front entrance was huge laundry room with the half bath across the hall.
The unit came equipped with dishes, pots, pans, iron, blow dryer, sheets, towels. There’s a safe in master closet.
Outside on the bottom floor was like an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and sink and full table and chair set for 6.
Right off the upstairs master suite there is a balcony patio with 2 loungers. The front twin bedroom has a wrap around balcony.
The upstairs opens out where you can over look the living room downstairs. Every bedroom has a mounted flatscreen TVs.
WiFi is included. We were so relaxed it was hard to leave the place and go out to enjoy the parks.
If you are thinking about staying here, it’s worth the cost. We have stayed several places in Orlando. This was our 8th trip there and nowhere has been this great. If you don’t need this much space I would recommend Grand Beach but the furniture there isn’t as modern.
Ok so the difference in the 4 bedroom at views and yards is modern newer decor, fireplace in the living room and a darker Khaki color walls. You lose the upstairs balcony in the bedroom but you gain a sectional in the living room and larger outdoor seating in the back. So you get architectural beauty at yards and modern decor at views. View is the newer property and yards was built first.
Views cost more.
If you are planning to book, I recommend booking through the Wyndham site. My cousin booked views through another site and ended up getting an owner unit. It did not include pool access or any soap, or toilet paper or trash bags or anything. All those things had fees of like $100 more per day.
It rained a ton and so our unit had gnats.
Ok so the reason I didn’t give all stars is the gnats. The unit had gnats in the bathroom and we saw a few spiders. I have called to let them know Pest control needed a bump up but it had rained so much so we felt like that was part of the issue.
Still we loved it and have already booked out next stay.

Wonderful stay, had the 4 bedroom and was great. Very clean and helpful staff. Was probably the best Wyndham property that I have ever stayed at. Close to all the parks. The restaurant was good, try the pizza.

We were a group of 3 adults & 3 kids who booked and then got worried about lack of reviews on TripAdvisor. but things turned out fine, so long as you are prepared that the site is under construction but your unit itself will be fine. Right now only a small fraction of the units are ready which was fine by us as we had the pool to ourselves. I wonder once it gets busier how the amenities will manage.
The common kids room was barely finished, small gym was open and restaurant not yet open. Outside bbq not yet hooked up to gas. Business centre is really 2 computers in the lobby with a printer. Because the complex is under construction, there will be workmen passing by all the time. Of the 5 units in our building, I'm guessing 2 were occupied.
Things to know
- extra charge for mid week cleaning & no extra supplies are provided (there was only 1 dishwasher cleaner pack provided, no garbage liners given)
- really basic kitchen supplies (not even any sugar/salt/pepper) but place settings enough for 12
- satellite tv which I'm not used to (1 in every room)
- we were in a 4 bdrm and each room had its own washroom. 3 were showers, 1 was a tub
- coffeemaker, toaster, blender provided
- no face towels, no facial tissues provided. But beach towels included.
- the unit looked very much like the renderings on their website
- road right outside had 2 min drive access to many chain restaurants, publix & target.
The location is very convenient for the Disney parks.

Our goal is to provide every guest with a superb magical experience every time they enter our resort. We are delighted to inform you that the construction area now it has been contained to a secluded area of the resort so, our visitors do not have to experience the continuous traffic of construction vehicles and staff. Now our guests and visitors will have a very pleasant and uninterrupted experience in all our facilities and common areas. Our first class restaurant is scheduled to open the first week of December with an exquisite mix of Italian, Brazilian and American dishes with daily service from 7:00am until 12 midnight. Most of our in-house BBQ grills are now functional and available for our visitors that decide to reserve one of our exclusive houses with this feature. Our unique concept of “rental homes” is a new trend within the visitors to the local market and function a little bit different than a regular hotel room and that is why it may be a little shocking to some of the visitors. We would like to provide that “home” feeling when our visitors stay with us and that is the reason that we allowed our guests to bring their prefer amenities to their house instead of us determine what will make you feel comfortable. Due to the fact that you are renting a house, instead of a hotel room, the cleaning services are selective and can be done upon guest request at a minimal fee. The fully stocked kitchen comes prepared with all the basic necessities that the Family Chef will need to prepare the most succulent of dishes to satisfy the demand of any member of the family. NOT often when you book a hotel does the property look exactly how it is pictured. From check in to check out, speedy and exceptional customer service. I was even impressed how hard they were working to accommodate another family to get to a rental car service. My family had the most comfortable stay. I did not want to leave. We traveled to Disney area everyday. It was about a 20-25 minute ride to get to the park. For the price of a 3.5 star hotel right down the street from the parks being about the same price as a 3 bedroom property- I would just recommend taking the drive. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. I will take comfort over convenience any day of the week! Everything exceeded my expectations!

Love this accomodation!!! More than enough room for a family of 4-7 people. Extremely clean!!! We loved it. The staff was great and very attentive. The rooms were spacious and there was enough room for everyone.

Not enclosed,no, but very private and safe. The hot tubs have coloured lights in them and the patio has lights overhead. Kids would love pool in main building, too. We had a lake view and it was lovely, always different birds to watch and there is a great fountain in the middle which is lit up at night and looks fab.

Yeah! That's what I had.. there are no rooms on the bottom floor, just kitchen half bath, laundry and sitting area. On the second floor, we have a room with a single king and a room with 2 singles. On the third floor we again had a room with a single king, and one room with 2 singles. Each room had its own bathroom and all rooms(except for the "kids" room had balconies) There is an elevator which entry to all 3 levels(it's a really small elevator tho)
The balcony on the room with 2 twins did not have any lounge chairs - or chairs at all. The room with the king on the third floor had 2 bench chairs and the king on the second floor had 2 lounge chairs

Morning! Cleaning fee is only mandatory on departure. You will pay cleaning during the stay only if you request the service.
