Property is actually as it appears in pictures and gated. Security was also active. The condos themselves were beautiful, spacious and clean. My teen daughter and tween niece loved having their own rooms. The full-size laundry room with detergent was a pleasant surprise; you don't have to return home with dirty clothes! The kitchen was also nicely stocked, and there were even blow dryers in each bedroom. The lake view was a little bit misleading, but not a big deal. The staff was polite and accommodating, and the site is just a stone's throw away from Disney parks and resorts. I would definitely book again.

Everything was perfect, nice, clean! I only didn’t give it a 5 star because of one thing. I wish they would supply the room with extra toilet paper, napkins, and trash bags for longer stays. You will have to go out and buy some at a store nearby.

About the supplies, we do run as a vacation home, so we place the first amenities in the house for your convenience and after that, guest is responsible for the replacement of the products that will be used during the stay in the house. The last time I stayed here (2021) it was still Covid so there was a no cleaning during stay policy which was understandable. This time there is a fee of $147 to have someone come to clean the room which is appalling given all the money that was spent to stay here. Even motels offer free cleaning during the stay. One of the listed services was daily housekeeping maybe in parenthesis it should have additional fee because it’s definitely not free) They don’t even give you new tissue, towels nothing. There is also a $250 cleaning fee but that’s used to clean the room after check out like an air bnb. How do you charge all this money to stay here but the basic amenity of cleaning for free is out of the question. This is my last time staying here for sure.

We leave some amenities in the house for your first use and convenience, but after that, you are responsible to get your own. Reservation placed months prior for selected options. On arrival they didn’t have our room options and management never responded to our issues. Internet was a huge fail and they never fixed it the week we were there. Staff were wonderful, facility clean and modern, but management, that were in charge of resolution, we’re non-existent. Management never made any attempt to resolve their booking error or reach us in any way. We even gave management confirmation with the listed amenities we selected which staff claimed was just the “options” and based on availability. That would be believable if there weren’t several packages, all listed with their unique amenities, to chose from at this location. Even if that statement is true I don’t know one person that wants someone to pick what they want for them. Why have options if they are just going to give you what they have to offer?

Stayed here for 3 days. The villa is large but almost too large. There is only one restaurant on the premises and it’s very small. It says everywhere it works till 11 but it closes at 9 four days a week. The front desk were nice enough to suggest that we order Domino’s pizza. The GPS kept taking us to the back gate, where nobody opens. Luckily, a security guard came to tell us to drive around. We asked for a late check out but were denied twice. However, there was a kind woman at the front desk who let us stay when I told her I was sick and needed a bit more time to take medicine. The location is good - close to Disney World and just an hour to the Kennedy Space Center that I highly recommend.

The villas are good size and all had their own bathrooms. Located close to Disney parks and around 30 minutes from universal.
Be prepared to pay on departure as we was told on arrival it was £250 for departure clean and £300 per room deposit. We had two villas so £550 extra per room we did not expect on arrival when i was made to believe departure clean was included in the over 7k we paid and it was only additional cleaning that was charged.
The lake view is beautiful but there is a bird problem so you can not use your outside bbq area without being swarmed by birds and you patio covered in bird poo.

Receptionist [Lady] was very rude and unfriendly. They could have provided basic stuff for multiple nights stay like dishwasher gel, laundry detergent, extra garbage bags. Property was clean and quiet otherwise. But again, unfriendly and rude receptionist was a bad start. She spoiled whole mood.

Lots of room, immaculately clean, this place was fabulous! Perfect for families visiting the parks. We enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen and they even offered to stock the fridge for us so we would have everything we needed when we arrived. The weather was perfect for meals on the patio and hot tub after a day at Disney.

Had a great time. Disney parks were very close but parking at the parks are $25. per day. Ticket prices at the parks are also very expensive. Went in March because we also were going to a family wedding. Weather was execellent. Sunny and in mid 80's but humidity was not bad.

Good morning! We don't provide a shuttle for the parks, but we support guests by hiring the transportation via our concierge team.

The staff cleans and drains the jacuzzis at every check-out. Besides the cleaning with appropriate products, the filter is also cleaned.
And the team also has a preventive maintenance schedule on a regular basis.
