The location was great near all of the parks and restaurants. There are very strict rules on when you can put your trash out. They only provide amenities once so make sure to bring all the comforts of home with you. They will provide extras for a nice fee.

Very nice and clean. Very close to everything. You will have to rewash your towels often due to lack of them. But that’s understandable because they send them out to be cleaned and sanitized. Beds are a bit hard, but besides that very nice and would definitely stay again.

Property is over-rated online, our unit's view was a brick wall and an unmaintained patch of grass, so basically just sand. When asked to move units for a more acceptable view, we were told that we had to pay 250$ US for a cleaning fee and 15$ additional per night. Staff not flexible, and has a take it or leave it approach to their customers. Be aware, they will charge you for breathing at that property and won't care if you satisfied during your stay. oh ans will also hear the highway so forget sleeping comfortably.

Regarding to the cleaning fee, it is charged to all of our guests upon check in and if you would like to change houses, the staff will still have to go to work on both houses. The upgrade fee is also to make sure that is fair with the guests that pays more to have a lake/pool view before to get at the property. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns. Just returned home from our repeat vacation at the Magic Village! We had a wonderful stay and were thrilled to have our room upgraded. We have stayed there annually since the property opened and were never disappointed. The location is perfect, near Disney parks, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies ect... we plan to return next year if not sooner!

Very clean and nice hotel for price. Wish the cleaning fee wasn’t so high though but overall great place. We stayed in 4 bedroom place with 8 guests and everyone slept very comfortably. Also very close to Disney but wish they had a Disney shuttle.

Beautiful place to stay. Air conditioner was not working and nobody ever came to fix it. Also the hot tub wasn’t working. Overall a great place to stay. Very close to Disney and great local places to eat. We also grilled dinner and enjoyed sitting on porch to eat and spend family time.

If you are looking for a quick getaway this resort is great. If you are a family and are visiting any of the theme parks in Orlando Florida this can also work for you.
PROS: Spacious villa style abode with large kitchen and basic cooking necessities. All but 1 bedroom is on the 2nd floor. We stayed in the 4 bedroom and still had space in the living room for another child. 7 of us were able to stay! The pool area was large and very nice with tennis court and volleyball court right next to it. Large sitting area allows for you to watch the kids/adults play from any angle. There are also 4 large cabanas that I believe are on a first come, first serve basis. A typical size hot tub is there as well as an indoor/outdoor Japanese restaurant. We requested a hot tub for our stay for I believe $100 extra a night. Nice out door backyard deck with Summer kitchen grill style and seating.
CONS: Heads up! This site mentions the rental as handicapped but there ARE no handicap bars or ramps! One of the people with us is severally disabled and this was very hard. They stayed on the first floor (only one bedroom there) and it was extremely difficult to get to the bathroom. We never found handicap ramps anywhere!
Decking and sofas out doors were filthy. We couldn’t sit on them at all. This area had not been cleaned in a long time. We had to clean the area.
Hot tub was unmanageable! It had some setting that would make it reach the top heating point and we couldn’t get it to quit! We asked for someone to come and work on it but it never happened!
We loved the area and place but these details would’ve made it an incredible stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights. the price was decent considering the size but the room looked like it received a quick vacuum and wipe down before we arrived. the edges of the carpet desperately need vacuuming and the floor needs to be mopped. Our bare feet were black after walking on them. the rug in the family room had particles in it and I vacuumed it but our vacuum was terrible. We called one time because our tv in the main room did not work. No one ever showed up. Then in the end after I got home I noticed a $240 charge on my credit card. I booked the room through hotwire and when I went back to look at the small print it was listed. usually hotwire breaks down the cost of everything that will need to be paid either to them or directly to the hotel and this was hidden. No one said a word of it at check in either. So it took me several tries to get the right phone # of the hotel to ask what it was. IRONICALLY, it was a cleaning bill! haaaaaa. funny honey. funnnnnny.

There were many broken items in the unit that were not fixed or handled with request. You need to bring your own toilet paper and paper towel , and some utensils. I stayed at Wyndham many times. This stay really put stress on family time for Thanksgiving/ Christmas celebration. I have 2 disabled family members and I had to keep going to Walmart to buy utensils to make meals!!!!

We took a Disney/Sea World vacation. Myself, my daughter and son, and 2 grandchildren, ages 4 and 5 months. The condo allowed us to have plenty of room and without worry of annoying other guests. Also having a full kitchen made the trip so much easier. We will be very happy to stay here again in the future.

Good morning! We don't provide a shuttle for the parks, but we support guests by hiring the transportation via our concierge team.

The staff cleans and drains the jacuzzis at every check-out. Besides the cleaning with appropriate products, the filter is also cleaned.
And the team also has a preventive maintenance schedule on a regular basis.
