Nice hotel, good location. Very clean. Some nice touches, i.e. magnifying mirror in bathroom and proper hairdryer, water dispensers on every floor. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Lovely pool on roof. Lovely, well tended garden to sunbathe or sit in the shade. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in this hotel for 12 nights and enjoyed every day of it, very friendly and professional staff at the reception especially Mr Engin was very helpful with advices for local dine outs and attractions to visit. We had lovely room with the view to the garden and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Rooms were a bit small but good enough for us, the rooms were cleaned every single day and the breakfast was good too. Great choice of mini bar was very handy! Will definitely staying in this hotel in the future .

Good location near the modern shopping street with easy access to the main tram line and just 5 minutes walk to the main train station. 15 minutes walk to Promenade des Anglais and the Old Town. Very helpful reception staff and polite breakfast staff. Our room was serviced daily with clean towels provided. A comfortable double bed with tea/coffee making facilities, TV (with Euro News in English), air con, safe, en suite bathroom with bath and shower, hair dryer and shower gel provided. Check out was at 12 o’clock. Good time fair play. Breakfast lasted until 11am. Plenty of choice buffet style from hot food (probably not the best sausages I’ve tasted) to pastries, fruit and cereals. Ideal to set you up for the day. The main attraction for this hotel is the sky bar and pool. Nice staff at the bar selling Affligem beer. Good service. An ideal place to start your evening our. I believe they also serve light food.

We had an excellent week long stay in this hotel. The location was ideal, an easy walk to the train and tram stations, the front/beach, and the old town. Everything was so accessible.
On arrival, we were told we were to be upgraded rooms which was an added bonus. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had good space. The view over the mountain was lovely! There was someone on reception 24 hours. All the staff were welcoming and accommodating.
The breakfast was good and had lots of choices. However, we would have loved if the fresh watermelon was available on every morning of our stay.
The hotel also benefits from having a rooftop pool. This was a lovely space to relax in the sun. There was a selection of loungers and chairs but it did get busy at times.
In addition, the hotel rooftop bar was a must visit too! The views were amazing and the service was great. The drinks were reasonably priced too. At the weekend there is also live music/dj playing which adds to the atmosphere.
On the whole, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay and would recommend!

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times before. Situated just off Rue Jean Medecin, and within 150 yards of tram stops so easy to get to airport and old town. Rooms are comfortable, a decent size, and clean. Good choice of breakfast and service of staff was excellent. Price paid was reasonable so more than happy.

Room clean and spacious but basic. twin room only one chair. Room had hairdryer, kettle, fridge and small safe. Separate toiet and bathroom with shower over bath. Very hard bed that I could feel the springs throught the mattress. Pillows were good. I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask if breakfast was suitable for coeliac gluten free diet. On the 1st morning I asked what was suitable and I was offered boiled rice and green beans. They had no gluten free bread. Eventually someone else offered me a GF Madeleine. I had some yogurt & fruit puree and a banana. I took my own bread after that and had cheese with it. Selection overall for non gluten free diets was pretty poor - cheap ham and often only one type of hard cheese. Limited fruit selection - apples & oranges mainly or tinned grapefruit. The foyer looks nice. The only time I actually sat was while waiting for a taxi to the airport and I sat on the edge of the chairs as they were filthy & stained. I don't think this hotel should have 4 stars. I would look elsewhere if going back to Nice.

Decent hotel along main downtown street. Fridge, coffee maker in room. Serves breakfast and has rooftop bar, pool area, exercise facility. Several elevators make it easier to access your room, though a couple are shut off in the later hours. Very good location if you arrive by train. From the airport the 2 tram will stop a few streets south. Large supermarket down the street. Number 1 tram access takes you to the heart of Old Nice in 3 minutes. My one issue was my sealed room windows and low volume breeze from the air conditioner.

Very pleasant stay in Privilege rooms. Reception staff very accommodating with pre-arrival requests which was much appreciated. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Hotel excellent location, near tram stop, Nice Ville station and shopping area. Pool area small but ample for a short stay.
Roof top bar nice, but service a little slow in the evening. City view rooms can be slightly loud at night with street noise.
Would revisit.

Would very much like to thank Eva and all the reception and chambermaid staff who went beyond their duties to help us. First Ergin was extremely helpful when we arrived with a motorhome and off-loaded three mountain bikes into their luggage store. Then, incredibly I managed to drop a bracelet down the lift shaft. Despite it being a Sunday Ergin work hard to get the lift company out to block the lift and retrieve it. Everyone, including the maintenance man, was lovely and even coped with my dodgy French. Finally, I was extremely grateful to our chambermaid who found my fairly valuable eternity ring under the bed and made sure I got it back - so kind and diligent. I didn’t get her name but she was covering room 411 on Sunday 25th. Our stay was very comfortable and even our small border collie was made very welcome. Our only regret is that we didn’t go to the sky bar sooner!

We stayed in the hotel from 6th to 10th September this year , very happy with the room and the staff were excellent especially at reception. They had excellent english and were very helpful with all aspects of our stay .We checked out on the morning of the 10th only to discover that our homeward flight was cancelled and we were stranded. The hotel were very helpful and accommodating ( pun intended !) in arranging at very short notice 2 rooms for ourselves and our friends . It transpired we had to stay a further 4 nights until our rearranged flight home . In all dealings with the staff we found them to be exceptional and we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any traveller and are confident they would be treated similarly with the same courtesy and professionalism !
