Write a reviewI have been to many Mercure hotels and every time I leave a little disappointed, I should have learned my lesson by now. This hotel is conveniently located between the rail station and the promenade. The room itself was a very good size as we had a deluxe room with balcony which was nice. The bed was very uncomfortable and we hardly slept. We had hung out our breakfast order but that was never picked up so we go no breakfast in the room even though the room next to us was served their breakfast in their room. Just a total let down. As a Silver Accor member I expect better things from a group I loyal use for travelling.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel which we knew from a previous trip 4 years ago. Our room was spacious and had a nice balcony. From the 6th floor location we could admire the basilica of Notre Dame. The Nespresso coffee machine enabled us to make a nice espresso whenever we felt like one.

This was a fantastic choice of hotel, it's not by the sea front but we loved the walks down there took about 15 minutes and in the other direction about 7/8 minutes walk to the station so a great location just round the corner from the city centre, the hotel itself was fantastic, lovely spacious rooms, we had a junior suite would definitely recommend this as it had a very spacious balcony which we made great use of, the hotel has a rooftop pool and jacuzzi area, we didn't use this area but did go and have a look and it looked well looked after, we didn't have any problems with this hotel, very quick checking in and check out and very pleasant staff

We stayed at Mercure Nice Centre Notre Dame as part of a Riviera group. The hotel was modern and very clean.Our room was good but we were unable to open any windows and did not have a balcony, so we felt rather claustrophobic.The rooftop pool was lovely but the water was very cold,also there was only one step to get into the hot tub which made it dangerous getting in and out. The staff were friendly and most helpful, especially Andre in the bar on the rooftop.We would go again but would want a room with a sunny balcony.

This is renovated hotel located in the middle of pedestrian area: 500 meters from Nice-Ville central train station and 600 meters from Central square, old city and sea shore. Quite place. Team is very supportive. Rooms are very clean.We reserved room in 7th floor with balcony ( great view and possibility to sit outside). Many shops and supermarkets around. We did not take breakfast (Hotel breakfast might be cheaper).

All our Junior Suites are situated with a large 20 m2 balcony but to the Notre Dame avenue.
