Staff is trying hard but the hotel is not the 4* I am used to. My room smelled bad and looked shabby. No moisturizer, no conditioner in my bathroom - bring everything because there is only a soap. Gym is very small and machines not fully functional. Breakfast poor overall but they have a good coffee. Pool area and rooftop is very nice but small, room was bigger than French standard and location is safe.Checkin and Checkout was fast and all the personal was very helpful.

Great location manager was extremely accommodating! Friendly staff, great value for money excellent location!! Would recommend ! Amenities such as pool rooftop bar jacuzzi and breakfast bar are fine.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in October 2023. We think it was a very good choice for us when staying for a long time in one place. Pros: 1. Great and spacious room #600, facing both sides of hotel 2. Excellent breakfast matching 4 * hotel level 3. Beautiful and spacious garden what belongs to hotel. I’ve spent 3 nights in this hotel and it was a really pleasant experience. The hotel is located close to the train station and at a 20-minute walk to the old town. The rooms were clean and tidy, the pool and the bar on the roof were nicely decorated( the only down-side was that the water in the pool was quite cold, but we could enjoy the jacuzzi). Also, the staff was extremly friendly and helpful, especially Ergin, from the front desk, who helped us with anything we needed.

Central but also quiet hotel 15 minutes walk from beach and old town and 5 minutes by tram. Amazing views over Nice from rooftop pool and bar. Whole hotel was pristine with room cleaned and fresh towels and bedding provided daily. Ironing room available which was very handy. Staff were all courteous I but have to point out a gentleman at reception called Ergin who was particularly helpful and always greeted us with a smile on his face. 🙂 Nice is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely return to this hotel. 😍

As a Gold card holder, we appreciated being able to check in early. For the first time in three years (since I became Gold), I was given an upgrade. When we got to the room we saw it was an accessible room. This meant there was no shower curtain and of course water went everywhere when we showered.
Staff were generally friendly.
During our last night I received an emailed copy of the bill. We were charged each day for breakfast for two. Since we never ate breakfast in the hotel I asked them to remove the charges. I asked how that could happen. I was told they automatically add the breakfast charge to the bill. The same thing happened on our following stay a few days later.

We had a twin room and to be honest it was really small with rock hard beds and poor Air Con. No water in the room but there was a fridge. The breakfast was 15€ and just wasn’t worth it. The choice was not good. The pool area is very small with limited seating if the beds are taken you couldn’t get close. I wouldn’t stay again there are better hotels in Nice at a similar price.

We stayed for 5 nights. Rooms clean but dated. Room was very warm. Front desk sent to repair but didn’t make much difference. They did shift us to diff room next day. They do not provide any moisturizer or shampoo conditioner etc. only give liquid soap in a pump bottle. No iron in room or with house keeping. You need to take cloths to 2nd floor to iron. Rooms good size for France. Location was excellent. Easy to go to promenade, old town., beach. Walkable and safe. Train & tram nearby and easy to travel to Cannes, Monaco, Eze, Antibes and others. Nice roof top bar. Supermarket, cafes, hair salons, pharmacy everything very nearby. Staff very polite and helpful.

Very disappointing stay, cold hot breakfast, not corrected despite numerous complaints. Very noisy during night, as if trolleys were being constantly moved in the corridors and lifts. We were eventually moved but to rooms right under the bar and could still hear the trolleys at night. Staff were very dismissive of our issues, although the manager did organise to move us. And finish it off, we ordered a taxi for the airport the day before we left. It never arrived and when we asked about it at Reception, all we got was we will order one now, no apology for the delay and inconvenience. Staff didn't seem to have had any customer service training at all, beyond basic check in training. I stayed here many years ago and it was better then, I wouldn't book it again

Right from the 1st time we stepped into the hotel we got a warm welcome. We were able to check in early and went straight up to our room. Our room was excellent very clean and airey and the cleaners did a great job throughout our stay. The hotel is centrally located to everything bars,shopping and restaurants and the train station is up the road. I wish to thank all the staff for being so nice, knowledgeable with our poor French!!! Thankyou again. We will return very soon.
