We stayed at this hotel for one night on 18.5, very well located to the train station and city center! Fifteen minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais!
Friendly reception staff. Room was nice and clean! Buffet breakfast was good although there were not so many choices. Pastries were lovely! The hotel has a really great pool and Jacuzzi area!
Now two reasons why we were disappointed by this hotel!
Bad experience at the rooftop bar, very young staff unwelcoming and unfriendly faces. Even the feeling of bothering when we moved inside to ask for more bread to finish our dish. No greetings when leaving!
The walls are terribly thin! It’s really annoying to hear the conversations of people passing in the corridor and in the nearby rooms!
Nice hotel but many improvements to do!

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for four nights and loved the experience. The hotel is centrally located in Nice, well maintained and has extremely helpful staff. Ergin- one of the hotel staff was especially considerate and ensured that we had a smooth and comfortable stay (including giving us a spare umbrella when he noticed that we only had one umbrella between the two of us). Highly recommend!

I would like to thank for such a lovely stay. The location as well as facilities are amazing. Good size rooms, extremely large beds and the best place to relax in the evening - the rooftop bar with a swimming pool and jaccuzi. A hotel lives or dies by quality of its beds and breakfast. I cannot see why this place has so many rave reviews. Yes its a good location but nice is so easy to navigate anyway. The rooms are dated....the bed is rock hard. Barely slept. Pillows are tiny. Couldn't even provide china cups or glasses. Odd style table with 1 chair in the room.. small holes in the curtains. Damaged plaster in places and yellow faded plastics..tbathroom had bizzare shower arrangement with screen to one side and mixer tap roughly opposite that could not be set to face you as otherwise the bathroom floor would flood.. The corridor to the room looks like a subway underpass. Breakfast is basic fare ( who eats sausages and green beans for breakfast and scrapes cheese from giant piece of Parmessan!!!). Yes there is a rooftop bar but again bit basic...weird decor and no waiter service. There is a small rooftop pool which was freezing and felt un safe with the surrounding tiles look to be loosely lain around it so they moved. Please do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

Went to this hotel for four night stay to celebrate my partner Tracey's special birthday at the end of March. we couldn't have found a better hotel for position, just a couple of minutes walk in any direction for the main attractions and the railway station. From the moment we checked in, the reception manager 'Ergin' could not not have been more welcoming and helpful, an excellent representative for the hotel. The next day after we returned to the hotel we found to our surprise that our room had been decorated to celebrate Tracey's birthday' The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated, unfortunately the pool was out of action due to some refurbishment but this did not spoil our stay. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. I think the hotel could benefit with some English tv channels to compliment the other national channels, and perhaps a greater choice of food at the breakfast bar although we did expect it to be continental . Overall a great place to stay and we would love to return.

Fabulous location 5 mins by foot to the train station. 10-15 mins walk to all the beach clubs and seafront of Nice. Breakfast was plentiful but could have done with more veggie options. We had a small room which overlooked a pretty garden. It was our birthday while staying so on check in we got some lovely gifts of a bottle of wine, balloons and a free glass of champagne

The warmest of welcomes, a beautiful Suite, prime location and a hearty breakfast made this amongst the best stays we’ve had! The culture of the staff exemplified by the extremely personable GM, Monsieur Douet is what put us at ease even before we stepped in - our pre arrival requests were promptly handled and we were able to upgrade to a spacious, newly renovated Suite.
The breakfast is extensive with fresh options that had us going back for 2-3 servings every morning. Even our 4year old was thrilled!
Don’t miss this Hotel if you’re traveling to beautiful Nice!

I stayed here for 9 nights in September with my sister for a holiday and I cannot recommend it more. We had the BEST experience. The rooms are vey up to date, the rooftop is absolutely incredible and the gardens are so nice to have on top of a comfortable room! The staff, specifically Ergin Akan was so helpful everyday and he would always greet us with a smile and had a good recommendation for where we wanted to go. This made our trip SO much better and allowed us to get around with ease! We also loved Peter, everyone in the staff was so welcoming and friendly! Also if you come you must get the breakfast it was a highlight everyday! When I come back to Nice there is no doubt I will be staying here again I do not have a bad thing to say.

Finally managed to get here for our 10th stay, its been a long time coming. Service as always is first class, the team at the bar on the roof always smiling and a pleasure to chat to. Rooms are spot on and the hotel is in perfect spot for local amenities. Always a great walk from the hotel down to the beach and we cant wait to return next year. Friendly reception, especially Ergin. Comfortable quiet room. Two tips - if the safe is not in the wardrobe, it is in the fridge. Tv channels are obtained through scanning qr code. If you are technically disadvantaged like me, the reception will give you the channels. Thoroughly enjoyed the excursion booked through the hotel but did find the 45 euro charge for taxi to airport high. It was only 32 euros from the airport. Hotel is ideally located just off Jean Medecin, the main shopping street, and not far from the station.
