Great location right in the city centre with good transportation, loads of restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and hotel environment generally. Need to be able to open the windows in a safe way. Air conditioning needs to be cooler to make stay more comfortable.

We stayed at this Mercure as part of a rugby World Cup package. It’s the third Mercure hotel we’ve stayed in on our four week trip and compared to the others seems a bit tired. That said, it is ideally located for exploring the promenade and the old quarter with lots of bars, restaurants and shops surrounding it. If you’re traveling by car there’s an underground carpark adjacent with discounted parking for hotel guests.Our room was perfectly adequate- clean and with a good shower. Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other Mercure buffet offerings but again, adequate.
There is a pool on the roof and a bar offering wonderful views of the city. The bar staff were friendly. All in all, an okay place to stay but no wow factor.

Excellent location and good service. Location is 10 minute walk to Promenade des Anglais (take a right and left) and 8 minute walk to the train station which takes you to Monaco and Cannes (take a right and then right, it’s by the building before the bridge on your left).
Breakfast was ok but fine. Rooftop bar is nice. Rooms are well appointed. My only complaint was the washroom. They put the toilet paper holder so close to the toilet that your arm blocks it when sitting.

Located right next to Notre Dame, it is convenient to get to most places including great public transport. Staff are very friendly and ready to help. The rooftop bar is a must for good drinks and amazing views of the city. The room is spacious with a lovely balcony. Highly recommend.

A well located hotel handy for the tram and railway station. Clean, good sized rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. Opted for a room with a sofa bed, even though we didn't need it as gave extra space. Toilet separate to bathroom which wasn't my preference but perhaps okay for others. One minor criticism, was that 2 single use paper cups were provided daily in room for making coffee or tea. So clearly not encouraging use of this facility.

Enjoyed a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for using the trams and trains in Nice. Friendly staff and Ergin was particularly helpful in recommending places to eat. Nice rooftop bar with views of the city. Will book again next time I'm in Nice.

We have been several days at the hotel and are delighted. Quiet in the room, as well as an air conditioner that works, easy to sleep well here. 70 meters from the main shopping street, short distance to the train (for trips to Cannes and Monaco). The garden at the hotel, which is in both sun and shade, was used extensively in the morning and evening. There is a small swimming pool (big enough) with a sun terrace. Fits well if you want to calm down. Good breakfast, the whole hotel, including room, rent and nice. Should I want something changed at the hotel, I would like a treadmill or bicycle in the fitness room. Both parts are by the swimming pool, it would be better to move these down. Simple training room, but otherwise has the most necessary.

We stayed for 4 nights, the staff were friendly and helpful! The room was kept very clean, we paid for a larger double room and the bed was really comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool area was great and the hot tub was good for a couple of cloudy afternoons. We would stay again if we was to ever go back to Nice.

Great location. Near the train station and tram.
Room was big! Was really pleased we had a fridge, safe, hair dryer and hangars.
Breakfast was expensive for what you get. 18euros for continental. And it's not the best selection to be honest. So I would not chose this every day.
Love the fact they have water machine on each floor. We filled our bottles every night and morning here. Much cheaper than buying and also better for environment.
All areas were clean and room was well maintained/clean too.
Food in the rooftop is limited and over priced. 15euro for 3 TINY TINY tacos.
Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Centrally located hotel easy to get to from the Ville Station and the tram too. Rooms large and fully air conditioned as it gets hot in the summer. Good choice of cereals, breads, honey, jams, eggs and different fruits too.
