A pity that the airport entrance is closed due to Corona. Why? The reception is moved and not welcoming. The gym was closed due to Corona. Corona seems to be an excuse to discontinued many of the usually great services. A shame! The breakfast was great I have to say and the evening dinner ok. We appreciate and would like to thank you for your time on providing us your feedback in regard with your stay at our property. I hereby would like to inform you that the airport entrance and the gym were not closed due to Corona, but because we are undergoing a renovation. Therefore, both of these are temporarily closed and the front desk is only temporarily relocated at the ground floor. Nevertheless, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. On a more positive note, I am pleased that food and beverage department have met your expectations. The department will surely hear about your great breakfast experience! Furthermore, I am glad that you find our newly renovated hotel rooms nice and quiet as we have promised. I stayed in this hotel before and this time my flight was cancelled so I couldnt make it. Because my reservation was prepaid I knew I would be charged one night stay. However, due to an error of the hotel I was charged twice! so 268 euro insted of 132 euro. When I contacted the hotel the staff was very rude and I only got a reply by email a few days later.In thd meantime I was charged by my bank and only refunded in the next month.
The hotel error cost me a lot of time and aggravation and the hotel staff were rude.
Do yourself a favor znd stay away, better take the hilton down the hall...

Absolutely perfect for the airport and such a professionally operated hotel. Very high standards of service and lovely clean, new decor and furnishings. Ideal for staying over at the airport, not the cheapest but well worth it for a very comfortable quiet room. Only about 250m from the airport terminal on an indoor covered walkway so takes away the stress of getting to the airport on time and returning hire car etc. Very nice lounges and restaurants in the lobby areas. After staying at the Ramada the previous trip I can confirm that this is far superior, costs a little more but as with everything in life, you get what you pay for!

I really enjoy this hotel and especially since the refurbishments that were done recently. The hotel is very convenient to the terminal with a 5 mins walk but separate so no extra noise and also to catch a train to go into the city or elsewhere in the area which is very practical. I was able to test the upper executive floors with great views, the always practical coffee/tea station which I use morning and evening upon return. The rooms are spacious, efficient, modern and has all the amenities needed. The front desk staff is kind and welcoming and VIP services and manager outstanding. I definetly recommend if you are in AMS!

We had outstanding customer service from Jamie, the Duty Manager, and the rest of the staff at the Sheraton at Schipol.
We stayed briefly for one night and, unfortunately, left a few things in the room. Chalk it up to a Jet lag from an overseas flight. The hotel was fantastic and securing the items and we were able to circle back a few days later. The hotel is also great in offering to help us secure some lost luggage on the airline.
That’s why we like to stay at places like the Sheraton, they really do take care of their customers!

I love this Hotel. The location is located in tge Airport and very safe during the pandemic . They follows the general safety procedure during this pandemic and I love the room its big with amazing view of the airport. The service is excellent.

This hotel is very conveniently located attached to the airport. To access the hotel, use the second floor enclosed walkway rather than exit the airport on the first floor and cross the street to the hotel. We found no entrance to the hotel (that wasn’t locked) on the first floor and had to just walk back to the airport. So on the second floor in the airport, take the flat escalator up to the enclosed walkway, walk down the walkway a couple of minutes to enter the hotel on the second level, where the reception desk is located. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. The hotel room was large enough, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was very nicely decorated and there was plenty of counter space around the sink. To visit Amsterdam, you can go back to the airport and right near the escalator, purchase a ticket for the train from the yellow ticket boxes and then go downstairs to catch the train. Very easy. I would not recommend staying here if your goal is to visit Amsterdam, but our goal was just passing through with an overnight layover and an early morning flight. And for that reason, this hotel was great. Note: We did take the train into Amsterdam to walk around a bit and have dinner.

I generally liked this hotel, although I mainly went with it because I had an early flight and didn't want to mess with a shuttle or other way of getting to the airport. Otherwise I think it is priced higher than I would normally spend.
The hotel is easily accessed via an escalator to a walkway from the arrivals 3 area at Schiphol airport (unfortunately signs at Schiphol is not good so it's harder to find than it should be.)
The lobby is well appointed, check in staff were friendly and efficient, exactly what I'd expect.
My room was more to US standards, so larger with a big shower. Having stayed 2 previous days at a European style boutique hotel, the room and everything in it seemed absolutely massive. Everything was clean, nice furniture with no obvious damage or wear and tear. The bed was comfortable and worked well.
I did not like the dining arrangement, I arrived around 6pm and the only kitchen open was the finer dining restaurant. I actually had a dish at the commune restaurant I wanted to try but their kitchen was closed. I'm not sure if that was timing or if they were having staffing issues.

My husband and I decided to take a quick trip to Amsterdam this past February. Neither of us had ever been, and we had 2 days to spend there. We booked our stay at Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center. The hotel is conveniently located across the airport, which eliminates the need for a car as the train station is right there at the airport. We were greeted by Antonio at the front desk of the hotel. Antonio had a very warm and welcoming personality. He was very thorough in checking us in and took the time to let us know what hotel amenities were available to us. We spent a couple nights visiting the VIP lounge where we met Preeya, the VIP and Club Services Supervisor. Preeya also had a very warm and welcoming personality. She took the time to chat with us, asking where we were from and what brought us to Amsterdam. We even got to chatting about our families. We made sure to wake up early so that we could take advantage of the breakfast buffet the hotel offered. The food spread was amazing; lots of variety to choose from. Service during breakfast was impeccable. Our overall experience was a very positive one. We didn’t want to leave Amsterdam, let alone our hotel. Before we checked out, we pit stopped at the VIP lounge to say good-bye to Preeya as she helped to make our first trip to Amsterdam a memorable one. We will definitely return in the future and encourage everyone to book at the Sheraton.

I couldn't rate my experience any higher. Every staff member I interacted with was super accommodating, professional and helped made an otherwise terrible travel experience memorable in a positive way.
Ashley provided great reassurance and helped me find a solution to a very difficult last minute lodging situation after clearing the airport past midnight and a 24 hour delay on my redeye flight, all the while providing exceedingly good customer service.
Now in a better mood, I moved on to the bar in the atrium where Julio, Michiel and Ramon were a delight to chat with, cheered me up from a abysmal day and helped make it's close into a net positive.
The accommodations themselves were of a great standard, clean, temperature was good and I had a great night sleep. Breakfast is buffet style, with a great selection and quality ingredients.
All in all, I arrived at the hotel at rather low spirits and left well fed, rested and in a great mood, not much more I could ask for. Big thanks to all the staff!

No you will need adapters , they do however have usb points on some of the plug sockets for phone charging and Apple Watches etc .
They temoved them, but just stayed this month and now they are back
