The is so much art and paintings here that I had only seen on game shows. Seeing it in person is breathtaking. Also it does not point out that you have to check in and out at all times with the travel card on bus, tram and metro as well.
Also if you use I amsterdam card on your phone digitally it may going to clash with your Samsung, Google or apple pay, which is annoying. Our KLM flight got delayed from Dubai to Amsterdam so we were not able to do our tour with Black Heritage Tours. You have to find an escalator near the Gucci shop, then you go up one more floor by an elevator to enter the lounge. This lounge is open to star alliance gold members, priority pass holder and also paid customer. Food is not superb but acceptable. The lounge is a bit overcrowded. I read one review mentioning that you have to pay 18+ euro for a shower. However, this is not a case for a star alliance gold member. Never take a taxi not leaving from the offical taxi booth. Basically, if you are not holding business class tickets you are denied to the lounge as I see passengers with business boarding pass enter the lounge directly while we credit card holders are left in the dust.
