About
The name, Bowery, derives from the Dutch word 'bouwerij' (farm) as well as an area and street in Lower Manhattan, New York. It represents a perfect link between Dutch legacy and a cosmopolitan approach. Bowery is an interactive dining experience, where you can create your own dishes and where dishes are prepared à la minute and plated in front of you. This visually inspiring restaurant with open kitchens provides authentic yet contemporary flavours, tasty grill dishes and Asian specialties as well as carefully selected authentic dishes. Dishes are prepared with local produce from Dutch suppliers and farmers.

I did not expect much from a chain restaurant at an international airport, however this restaurant exceeded expectations.
We were just stopping for the night at the airport and went to the Hilton hotel restaurant for ease. The Hotel reception staff booked us in as they said it was busy and yes it was full. We had a fantastic table and despite the many people eating the acoustics were good we could hear each other well.
My spouse and I had a sharing started of Tempura prawns and it was superb - the prawns were huge.
My husband had the veal and I had the stir fry for mains and both dished were good.
Nadia was a great cheerful multi lingual server.
Great evening thank you.

On schipol airport in the hilton, nice place with great service. I had the salmon, not to big but full of taste and well prepared. On top fresh fries with mayo. The salmon is expenive 28 euro and fries are 5 euro. Good glass of a gruener weltliner from austria along but at 12 euro per glass a hard swallow. For two with not a lot of wine only mains just over 100 euro. Service is friendly and excellent.

This restaurant is not particularly intimate, but the food is impeccably prepared and service is speedy, as befits an airport restaurant. The speedy service does not impact food quality as my sea bass and my wife’s salmon were spot on and not overdone. The duck spring rolls were a great appetizer (4 longs rolls each cut in half to yield 8 portions). If you afford the time to step outside the terminal, this is the best place to each in the vicinity of Schiphol.

As we were staying at the HIlton overnight between international flights, we opted for the in-house restaurant for the sake of convenience. This meal turned out to be one of the highlights of our week!
I had the Norwegian salmon, my husband had the seabass, with salsa verde and a side of seasonal vegetables. The food was cooked to perfection, the vegetables just lovely with 5 or 6 different types in the mix, enough to make anyone love their veggies! Our wines were also quite nice. My husband ordered the apple pie for dessert and would have liked to have it not so sweet. (He really looks forward to European pies and tarts, as they are generally far less sickly sweet than he gets in the U.S.)
The ambiance and decor were wonderful; we felt comfortable with the social distance between tables. The rolled up denim-theme menus were adorable, and the staff professional yet friendly.

We had seen good reviews for this place but were in fact quite disappointed especially with the service.
I booked a table for 3 people but it was set for two only with no cutlery, napkin or glasses for the 3rd person.
We ordered our drinks and whilst the wine and beer were brought over reasonably quickly, my margarita was not served to me until my main course - it’s not really a drink for dinner but an aperitif!
When the food was served our friend had still not been given any cutlery or napkin.
Not 5 star service by any means and not worth 154 Euros for main course and drinks only.
Will not be returning!

Variety of menu options. Food was very fresh and the server/kitchen accommodated a dietary request.
Would have given 5 stars if the service had not been so slow after my entree was served. Had to wait over 15 minutes once I asked for the check. Also, 8 euro charge for still filtered water seemed excessive. As a single diner there was not a smaller bottle option. The gentleman next to me asked for a smaller bottled of sparkling water and was informed the restaurant only had the large bottle.
Ambiance was lively and an easy walk from the airport.

This restaurant is located within the Hilton hotel which is on the Schiphol airport site. I would recommend booking online, which was easy to do, because the restaurant was very busy even on a Monday night.
I had salmon and my partner had seabass, both dishes were very good. We did however find the wine to be very expensive.

A wonderful restaurant, great ambience, and delicious asian dishes! Try the Asian stir fry noodles, either vegetarian or, for a bit extra cost, with chicken or shrimp. There are several vegetarian dishes, the Buddha bowl is a great choice, the portion is not big, so order a side dish as well if you are hungry. The service is friendly a d prompt. We also had the breakfast here, included for Diamond members. It was pretty good, with some warm dishes and also regulars like pastries and granola.

Warm and welcome as ever. Great menu with a mix of classic and Asian kitchen. You order a la carte but if you have the time, ask the the kitchen to surprise you... Both service team as well as the kitchen people enjoy what they do and that is very enjoyable to watch and experience!

this is what Hilton is all about. good food ,great service, peasant atmosphere. the executive chef had several selections so it was hard to decide. i had a different take on risotto while i am a bit of a risotto snob this was excellent. also had a local beer whose name i can not pronounce or spell so i took a picture.
yes it is pricey but this is upscale and you don't get what you don't pay for.

The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drink menus.
The burger tasted great along with the seasonal local beer.
My only gripe was that the service was a little slow but it was extremely busy and they did bring me out some bread and dips to apologise.

Staying at the hotel so enjoyed a meal at this restaurant. A very eclectic menu with prices a lot better than room service! We ordered gin & tonics which our server got from the lobby bar since we wanted a gin that wasn’t in the restaurant. I had the soft shell crab appetizer for my main and it was done nicely with an interesting Asian flavored side. My husband had chicken with fries side with a nice sauce. Overall service was attentive, food was very good and definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant is well placed and easy to access. Staff are friendly and helpful. The chefs cooking in view of diners is a nice difference. Menu is well designed for a variety of tastes and caters for special requirements. Food nicely presented and delicious.

We had a fabulous experience at this lovely restaurant. The wait staff, most notably Bryan, couldn’t have been nicer. We had dinner here tonight’s during our stay. The first night we went for heavier meal choices with the dried aged steak (cooked oh my to a rare temperature with peppercorn sauce) and the sea bass (with the Verde sauce). Both were delicious. On the second night we went for lighter fair, with the sashimi option of tuna and salmon and the Nasi Goreng. OMG! If possible, the dinner on our second night was even better. Definitely try the Nasi Goreng for a fabulous and authentic Danish dish “borrowed” from Asia.

Good burger with nice meat patty, fully packed with fries. Just was very hard to eat with your hands and bottom of the bun sort just got to weak to hold it and had to go for knife and fork. But was great taste, as all on airport it is expensive 25 euro. Good wine and nice service.
