It took 20 minutes to reach a check-in person even though nobody was ahead of me! I guess this hotel attracts many inexperienced travelers who need everything explained to them, but this hotel should not leave loyal, experienced travelers waiting and fuming while the employees count payments made in coin and explain what a hotel is. It got worse when I went to check out and there was a line of at least 30 people waiting to be helped. Only two hotel staff attending to them. This is more Wall Street/shareholder greed putting their wallets before customer service. I used the Express Check Out option but they have not sent me my bill so I can't do my expense report. The rooms here are old but clean and pleasant. The restaurant in the hotel where I had lunch was quite good with nice service and food.

Stayed here for one night, Nice hotel. Easy to find, Only 2 minutes away from the arrival hall. Check in was nice and quick. Room was nice, had a view on to the runway but could not hear a thing. Beds very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent as well. Only complaint was the price of the beer. €11 a large beer, €8 a bottle of corona. Seems very excessive.

Excellent hotel. Very good service at the reception and in the restaurant. Quiet place in the busy airport. No simple badly dressed people by cheap offers. Only wifi is too complicated, to pay for it you do not expect from a hotel like this

Perfect for transit and for those with early flights to US. You can come in from Asia, stay overnight and leave the next day without leaving the airport. Attentive service and the standard catering for business people rooms and facilities. The Voyager restaurant serves imaginative food with specials that change monthly. They have an odd wait system where you do not have just one person..none of the restaurant help seem particularly attentive. It's a given that they are probably only going to see you once, but they might at least pretend to be interested.

Very helpful desk staff, and being able to get to the hotel using interior access from the airport was a delight. (Note: even though the Hilton is also connected, it’s well beyond the Sheraton, so enjoy your hike.) We were in an executive room, which had a tub and shower and generous closets and a view of the runways and control tower, which was great. The only downside, is that unlike most of the Marriotts we’ve stayed in, this one did not have a room coffee maker. We had to use the one near the elevators, which produced terrible coffee. Tea was also an option there. At the Marriott in Rotterdam, we had an espresso machine, but so far our favorite coffee machines have been Nespresso machines, which we’ve found in each Mercure, Pullman, and Holiday Inn in The Netherlands. It offers recyclable capsules, which Nespresso does recycle, and it composts the used grounds, so we think it’s environmentally friendly. Most important, the coffee is delicious. The restaurant down at the Atrium level was also fine for dinner, and it really had a superb breakfast spread, so I wish we’d had more time to enjoy it.
