The price of housing, availability of schools and hospitals, access to green space are all factors that make a city 'livable.' A new report by the Economist Intelligence Unit has painstakingly combined 30 such factors to rank the top 10 'most livable' cities in the US. The factors, including crime rates, quality of the roads and the local economy fall into five categories that produce a city' overall score.
