Robert Irwin heads off on another trip with his beloved mother Terri after he was criticised for planning to take her as his date to the Logies
Robert Irwin headed off for another trip with his beloved mother Terri as the pair were spotted at Brisbane Airport on Tuesday.
The conservationist, 20, does not shy away from making his close bond with his momager Terri known and the pair often jet off on work trips together.
The doting mother-son duo set off on their latest voyage on Tuesday as they were spotted checking in for a flight at Brisbane's international terminal.
Robert cut a casual figure in a teal T-shirt and grey jeans and appeared in jovial spirits as he laughed and joked while arriving at the airport.
Terri, 59, looked equally laidback in a black graphic T-shirt and a zip-up jumper, styled with dark denim jeans.
She opted to wear a face mask while arriving at the terminal and carried a black handbag and a backpack as she looked ready for her travels.
It is not known where the pair are heading off to, but the trip comes after Terri joined Robert in South Africa for his debut stint co-hosting I'm A Celebrity Australia.
Robert and Terri are famously very close, and the budding TV star is said to be planning to take his mother and number one supporter to the Logie Awards.

Robert is the 'hot favourite' to win a Gold Logie at the 64th annual TV Week Logie Awards on August 18, after being nominated for Most Popular Personality and Most Popular Presenter.
Sources told Daily Mail Australia he will be accompanied by his mother and matriarch of the Irwin family Terri as his special guest on his big night.
It is said producers of I'm A Celebrity, which Robert hosts alongside Julia Morris, are concerned having his mother on his arm could 'land with a massive thud with his core fans'.
'He told the producers of I'm A Celebrity he plans to share the night's celebrations with his Mum - who has been his biggest supporter,' the insider said.
'However, the producers feel his decision is going to land with a massive thud with his core fans.
'The mother and son travel everywhere together and since his break-up with Rorie Buckey they seem to be tighter than ever.

'It is an odd dynamic for a 20-year-old boy to be so attached to his mother and many think it is time for Robert to step out from under her wings.'
Insiders said most attendees aren't allowed to bring guests with them on the busy night, with nominees only being allowed to bring one family member or friend.
Terri has been in charge of Robert and his older sister Bindi's showbiz careers ever since the tragic death of their famous father Steve Irwin in 2006.
Comparing Terri to the Kardashians' famous 'momager' Kris Jenner, an anonymous I'm A Celebrity producer previously claimed Robert's contract for the show included a section that allowed him to bring his family on set.
'The deal was done when Robert signed on as host late last year. He wanted his family to come with him,' they claimed. 'Maybe it will be just for this series, but maybe Terri will always be standing in the wings. Who knows.'
'The two have an excellent relationship and Terri couldn't be nicer but there are not many situations where employees will have their mum at work with them, just to make sure everything is above board,' they added.

Amid Robert's huge TV success, many fans have also commented on how the mother and son are 'joined at the hip' and are frequently seen together.
However, there was plenty of support for their close relationship, with one person replying: 'He's a lucky young man to have her.'
Another wrote: 'People saying why Robert has his mum in so many photos. Remember every day is precious. Life is fragile. The Irwin's like millions of other families have experienced loss on a monumental scale.
'Steve was larger than life. It's lovely that they do spend so much time with each other. Don't be so critical.'
