Isla Fisher looked in high spirits as she laughed and joked with hunky British actor Ben Barnes at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club for day eight of Wimbledon on Monday.

The newly single actress, 48, threw her head back and giggled during an animated conversation with The Chronicles of Narnia star, who sat in the row in front of her.

Isla, who announced her split from her husband of 13 years Sacha Baron Cohen in April, was the picture of sophistication in a blue button-down dress, covered in white flowers with a matching belt.

Beaming as she posed in the Evian 'Mountain Of Youth' VIP suite, Isla draped a white blazer over her shoulder and toted a matching handbag.

She completed her look with a pair of strappy white high heels, and perched her black sunglasses on top of her impeccably styled red hair.

Day eight of the tennis tournament will see legendary player Novak Djokovic take on Holger Rune on Centre Court.

While former champion Elena Rybakina will also be facing off against Anna Kalinskaya, and fourth seed Alexander Zverev is playing up against 13th seed Taylor Fritz.

Isla's appearance at Wimbledon comes as the latest outing for the star, who has been living her best life since her split from Sacha.

The Nocturnal Animals star and the actor, 52, announced in April that they had quietly separated last year after 13 years of marriage.

And ironically, the couple announced the news by sharing a picture of themselves together wearing tennis gear and using the sport as a metaphor for the marriage.

Their statement read: 'After a long tennis match lasting over 20 years, we are finally putting our racquets down.

'In 2023 we jointly filed to end our marriage. We have always prioritised our privacy and have been quietly working through this change.

'We forever share in our devotion and love for our children. We sincerely appreciate your respecting our family's wish for privacy.'

Meanwhile, last month it was revealed that Isla is currently house-hunting in Hampstead, north London.

The star, who shares three children with Sacha, has been living in her native Australia with the British comedian.

However, she is now planning to move to the UK, an indication that the couple’s split is being handled with an exemplary lack of animosity.

Sources told The Daily Mail's Alison Boshoff that she has a budget of £13 million, give or take, and is searching for a forever family home for her and their three children.

A friend said: ‘It’s all about the kids and what is best for them; there seems to be no drama at all.

'Judging by the size of the budget, the family will now be based in London. But Isla is going to keep her place in Australia.’

Insiders claim the marriage had been ‘shaky’ for years, with Sacha reportedly struggling after making the ‘sacrifice’ to relocate their family to Australia in 2020.

They moved from Los Angeles to Sydney, then on to Perth — where Isla’s family live — in September 2021, to escape Sydney’s strict Covid lockdown rules.

Sacha is believed to be in the process of buying a London house of his own, while it is thought he will keep a house in Los Angeles for work.

Isla is currently in the UK filming for the upcoming Bridget Jones film, Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy.

The fourth in the series, this will mark her debut in the franchise as she plays a single friend of the iconic heroine played by Renée Zellweger.

And the Now You See Me star is reportedly using her split with Sacha to help inspire her latest role.

According to WHO Magazine, Isla is drawing from her own personal experience to bring authenticity and depth to her character.

A source told the publication: 'Isla's real-life is inspiring her. She's drawing on her own experiences and channelling them into this character.'

The announcement of Isla and Sacha's split came shortly after Rebel Wilson made claims about Sacha in her memoir, Rebel Rising, which he has denied.

The actress hit the headlines after she made several claims against her former Grimsby co-star, accusing him of inappropriate on set behaviour.

In the book Rebel Rising, she wrote she 'rues the day' she met the actor, who she had described as her 'idol', first meeting at a dinner party hosted by Little Britain star Matt Lucas.

A year later Sacha offered her a role in 2016 film Grimsby as Dawn, the wife of his character Nobby.

Ahead of her memoir's release, Rebel named Sacha as the celebrity responsible for making threats over the book after which his representatives hit back.

Taking to Instagram to confirm the identity, she wrote: 'I will not be silenced by high priced lawyers or PR crisis managers. The a****** I am talking about in ONE CHAPTER of my book is: Sacha Baron Cohen.'

In the wake of her statement, Sacha spoke out to TMZ via representatives, saying: 'While we appreciate the importance of speaking out, these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence...

'[With] contemporaneous documents, film footage, and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during and after the production of The Brothers Grimsby.'

The book was published in the US in May, and featured a chapter titled Sacha Baron Cohen And Other A**holes, where Rebel makes the claims about his alleged behaviour during the filming of Grimsby.

However, the UK copies feature the wording crudely blacked out due to what Rebel branded 'peculiarities' of English law.
