There were red faces all round on Tuesday after Lorraine Kelly made an intimate admission while presenting the latest edition of her daily breakfast show.
The TV personality was hosting a health segment about low libido with regular contributor Dr. Amir Khan, who was on hand to discuss the key reasons for a limited sex drive and offer hints to improve it while appearing remotely from his Bradford workplace.
Addressing the presenter, he said: 'When you feel good about yourself, you'll feel more desirable, you'll feel more sexy, and that will help you with that libido and be intimate as well, so get doing this. I always think a bit of intimacy is good for everyone.'
Khan had already reeled off a series of handy tips for a more vigorous sex life, among them better physical healthy, creating time and lubrication - prompting an affirmative nod from Kelly, 64.
'Thank you for that, especially lubrication. I shall be taking that with me,' she joked. 'You're the only man who can get away with that, and vaginal dryness, at this time in the morning.'

Kelly had another reason to be cheerful in June after her daughter Rosie Smith revealed she is due to get married.
The 29-year-old shared the details of the exciting development by posting a series of photos of her showing off her engagement ring after her boyfriend Steve White popped the question on holiday.
The couple have been sunning themselves in Malaga, Spain, ahead of the birth of their first child.
Posting photos of her wearing the new sparkler, Smith wrote: ‘There are too many lovely things going on and I’m not quite sure what to do with myself.
‘Everyone always told me you’ll know when it’s about to happen but I had absolutely no idea, but I have a lifetime to get you back [Steve White].’
The images showed Smith, the only daughter of the ITV daytime star and her husband Steve Smith, dressed in a white dress and sunglasses, sitting at a table in a restaurant with incredible sea views and palm trees in the background.
Mum Kelly replied, writing: ‘So happy - it’s such lovely news and I will have a son as well as a granddaughter.’
In May, Smith revealed her pregnancy, sharing a photo of herself cradling her growing baby bump, with a caption saying: ‘We could not be more excited - you’re already so loved little one.’

Glasgow-born mum Kelly was quick to share her own joy at the news, writing: ‘The most exciting thing to have ever happened in our family. Cannot wait to be a granny and so proud of Rosie and her Steve.
The presenter had previously revealed her preferred name for the unborn child while presenting her show in June.
'I have no idea what she'll be called, I'm calling her Talulah Belle in my head,' she told Dr Hilary, before bursting out laughing and adding: 'I don't think she'll be called Talulah-Belle.'
Kelly went on to reveal something she is most excited about when the baby girl arrives - being able to take a picture of the four generations of women in her family.
She said: 'You know what’s going to be great, when she's here? It will be great because my mum, great-granny, granny me, Rosie mum and the wee tiny baby. '
'We've got to get a picture of that. That's a very special thing.'
