The movie star wore a black patterned halter dress with a velvet bow resting on her chest, and matching strappy black heels.
Scarlett kept her blonde hair pulled back, with a few curled front pieces framing her face.
The 39-year-old accessorized with a black bracelet and sported a dewy, light makeup look as she headed to her and Channing Tatum's Fly Me to the Moon premiere at AMC New York City.
The pair's new flick - which hits theaters July 12 - is a romantic comedy that tells the fictional story of NASA taping a fake moon landing just in case the Apollo 11 moon landing doesn't go as planned.

Of course, sparks fly between advertising executive Kelly Jones (Scarlett) and a NASA official named Cole Davis (Channing) as he prepares for one of the biggest moments in history.
While visiting Today on Monday, Scarlett spoke about how the idea for Fly Me to the Moon - which is set in the late 60s - came about.
'So, I have a production company here in New York called These Pictures, and one of our associates, our head of film, Keenan, just was toying around with this idea of like, well, what if this conspiracy theory was true?' the Asteroid City actress explained. 'Could you build a genre movie around it?'
Host Savannah Guthrie then compared Scarlett's role to that of John Hamm's iconic character, Don Draper, in Mad Men.
The journalist said, 'We get major Don Draper vibes, but you're Donna Draper. Don't you think?'
'Oh, I love that,' the Sing 2 alum responded. 'Yes, totally.'
And it's fitting that Scarlett's latest project is a romcom, as the Black Widow star is a big fan of the genre - when done right.
'I am,' Scarlett gushed. 'I've been watching all the Nora Ephron movies recently. I'm just like on a kick and when they're good, they're just the best.'
Getting into the details of her character's on-screen romance with Channing, the Hollywood icon clarified that sparks flew for the coworkers 'initially.'

'Like literally they fly,' Scarlett continued. 'I almost set myself on fire, but then, of course, we don't realize exactly - you know, we have this kind of meet cute and then don't realize that we're actually kind of working as polar opposites, so there's a lot of friction there.'
Cole is straight-laced, which might not mesh well with Kelly's rule-bending persona.
'And he's by the books, he has a lot of integrity,' Scarlett quipped. 'He's kind of a control freak and I am just not something that he can control.'
'Weirdly we've been in two other films together but never actually worked together,' Scarlett confessed. 'He and Anne Hathaway did a little part in Don Jon where they recreated a romantic comedy and then again we worked - well I wouldn't say together - but we were both part of Hail, Caesar! and so this was the first time we actually got to have dialogue.'

The Sing 2 actress explained where the movie idea came from: 'I have a production company here in New York called These Pictures, and one of our associates was toying around with this idea of like, well, what if this conspiracy theory was true?'
And since the Rough Night actress produced the movie, she got to pick her leading man.
'Who's the most attractive person I can think of,' Scarlett teased. 'Channing Tatum. He's not hard to fall in love with I would say. He's very charismatic. He's just an absolutely lovable guy.'
'He's such an easygoing person,' she noted. 'He's a very professional person. He's been working for a long, long time, and I think for the two of us, you know, we both have had our lives, and we've lived it, so it was nice to just be like, "OK, what's your story? Where are we connecting?" And I think it was just easy chemistry and again just easy on the eyes.'
Meanwhile, Channing's stellar physique has also allowed him to do his own stunts, which he has 'always fought' for in Hollywood.
She shared about her character's relationship with Channing's: 'We have this kind of meet cute and then don't realize that we're actually kind of working as polar opposites, so there's a lot of friction there'
Taking a moment to gush over her costar, the 39-year-old noted: 'He's not hard to fall in love with I would say. He's very charismatic. He's just an absolutely lovable guy. He's such an easygoing person. He's a very professional person'
'Probably even more so than CGI [versus practical effects] is when they want to put it in the stunt guy or something like that,' the 44-year-old told ComicBook. 'I think that's been more of my experience where they have to cut away from like the face or the pain or whatever when you hit the ground, I've always fought for doing as much as you can possibly do while your physical body can actually do it. Sooner or later, I'm going to get too old to be able to do it.'
Channing added to the outlet, 'People are smart now. They know what movies are like. They know when they cut away. They know when it's CGI. And I think the more you can do real, the more they'll feel it.'
