The exterior belies the modern and stylish decor inside. The hotel is in a wonderful position, centrally located and within easy walking distance of Placa de Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gracia and a minute's walk to the L1 Universitat Metro. Our junior deluxe suite was a generous size with a beautiful, spacious bathroom including a double shower. The breakfast spread was beautifully presented with a wide range of delicious selections for both kids and adults and after a long day of exploring we also thoroughly enjoyed our sundowners and snacks on the rooftop terrace bar with impressive views over the city.

Me and my family were due to travel to a family wedding in Barcelona in May 2020. Unfortunately like most people this was cancelled due to Covid. Since March 2020 I have been emailing back and to with the team at the hotel H10 Universat for my refund. I have been promised this weekly, at first saying I had to wait 3 months before they can process it. June I contacted them and I am still being told it is in the next payment run and to bear with them. I am constantly told it is with head office and they will contact me when it is sent. I email weekly for updates and I am constantly fobbed off! When I ask for the head office number to call them, they tell me there is no phone number as they all deal via email. I totally sympathize with the Covid situation but to wait 7 months and still no refund is shocking !

Nicely located for access to lots of sites, is a very clean hotel and has a decent breakfast buffet. Our room was a little on the tight side but was more than adequate for the one night. There is a nice rooftop bar with comfortable seating, it's just a shame the wailing guitarist left a lot to be desired. The staff were very friendly and efficient, always on hand to offer advice on questions about places and getting around Barcelona. Would certainly use it again.

We had a perfect stay. The location is fantastic and the airport bus is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.Most places of interest are in walking distance. I would highly recommend the junior suite. ALL of the staff were amazing and very knowledgable re resturants, transport etc. Breakfast was excellent.

Wonderful 3 night stay. Hotel staff helpful and informative. We had a junior suite (4 of us) and there was plenty of room. Overlooked the street so a little noisy when the balcony door was open but no problems sleeping. Bed comfy and bathroom had all the toiletries you could need including robes and slippers. Excellent choice of hot and cold food at breakfast and as we were here for Valentines day lots of extra touches. Great location for all the sites. Easy to get here from the airport on the Aerobus, 6.75 Euros each. They run every 10mins. 5 mins walk after drop off to hotel. We will return to this hotel hopefully this year!.

The location is the best. The rooms are compact but well thought out and the staff are brilliant. The breakfast will set you up for the day then it’s just a short walk to the place de Catalonia where the tourist buses depart from and the Ramblas down to the marina

The receptionist was extremely helpful and warm in her welcoming. Staff spoke excellent English and all staff where dressed immaculately. The hotel is clean and presents extremely well. Located in the busy shopping and restaurant area with close vicinity to the hop on hop of bus main bus stops. Had upgraded to the superior with balcony was worth it originally the classic which was organised by the travel agent in the cruise package. Glad we changed. First time to Barcelona and wasn’t disappointed at all.

We have a bar open 365 days a year and it is located on the 0 floor. Our terrace bar is always open in good summer weather. Every year we update our opening date due to the changing weather to offer you the best service.
