Dear Customer,

We have a bar open 365 days a year and it is located on the 0 floor. Our terrace bar is always open in good summer weather. Every year we update our opening date due to the changing weather to offer you the best service.

We never visited the rooftop bar - too busy sightseeing! Sorry I can't help!

It was open when we were there in November/December but not the bar. You can still sit up there in the warm sunshine and the views are amazing. It must be brilliant in the summer when the bar is also open.
