The staff were great, very accommodating. The carpets weren’t as clean as I would have liked.... stained etc. Upon checking in we were not assigned what was requested however the clerk found suitable accommodations. The only other thing is It would have been nice to have in room coffee. We had a microwave and fridge so assumed coffee would be there also. Still a pleasant stay.

If you want a 3+ or 4+ hotel do NOT stay here. Rooms seemed clean and smelled clean but hallways were awful. Service seemed okay. Walls were thin and pool opens at 8:00 am if you want to sleep in and have a poolside room - you will be hearing everything first thing! Hotel needs an outside facelift!

This facility is beginning to show signs of its age. Our outside sliding door was jamming badly ... Likely due to not having the track kept free of debris, that we stopped using it, and just used the inner slider. Otherwise, the room was clean. Due to Covid restrictions the morning breakfast was very different, a bag lunch instead of a sit down meal in the cafe space. No in room coffee, again due to Covid.

Very clean comfortable room on main floor with adjacent parking access to accommodate handicapped family member. Staff responded above and beyond my expectations with any request. This was a time of daily changing procedures due to the COVID-19 crisis. I witnessed staff performing extra sanitation duties. You could literally smell how clean it was! Maxine, the manager, provided extra food to accommodate specific dietary needs. Jen, at the front desk, sent a fax for us! All staff was courteous. We will no longer stay anywhere else when in Saskatoon!

When I arrived later in the evening and checked in my room was so pungeant I assumed I got the last room and just went to the drug store and bought an air diffuser and some essential oils to cover the smell as I had a business meeting in the morning. When I returned and turned on lights I realized the carpet in the room was filthy. I decided to keep my shoes on. When I dropped a pen behind the bedside table and used my flashlight to find it I saw it was very dirty behind the table, bugs, food, dirt and bugs squashed on the wall. I didn’t sleep well as the room is not well sound proofed and there was noise from other doors and hallway traffic all night long. This morning when I went outside and returned to my room I realized I couldn’t host a business meeting in this room with the awful smell and went to front desk to complain about things and ask if I request a new room will there be a discount offered. (No there wouldn’t.) The gal at desk just said I should have addressed these things at check in…and $15 discount offered on first night of stay. I said no thank you and came back to my room to see a creepy bug crawling on the bathroom floor. That’s when I decided surely this hotel cares about the level of satisfaction of guests/rooms so I picked up the phone to call the manager. Phone doesn’t work!! So I went to counter to request a manager come to my room and after waiting for almost an hour wanting to check out and checked into another hotel in time for my business meeting but wanting to ensure I wouldn’t be dinged for the conditions of the room a rude abrupt manager came and without any apology, or tact just quite rudely told me I would receive a refund and be checked out immediately…how unprofessional!!! This hotel certainly doesn’t seem to want return customers…and if you are the director of this hotel you definitely need a friendlier manager!!

I booked this hotel as a quick stop during a long drive. The property is CAA/AAA approved, so I thought it would be fine. The room was basic, which I expected, but it also came with garbage on the floor next to the night stand, and dirty, rumpled sheets (makeup stains, black fuzz throughout, etc.). I would have left if I wasn't too tired to continue driving, but instead put towels on top of the sheets and made due. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. When I checked out, the staff didn't seem surprised or to care - a different person came over and gave me a discount - the CAA rate that should have been applied anyway. I would not recommend this property to anyone, and will avoid Choice Hotel properties in the future.

Horrible front desk staff. Hardly ever there. Gave us dirty towels Dirty room. Pop on wall, sticky substance on door and closet. Blanket had holes in it. Mold in shower. Breakfast was disappointing and just emphasized that we shouldn't have booked with them. We tried to find a different hotel after we got our room but everywhere else was booked.

I have stayed at this hotel many times because they take dogs. My room was utterly filthy, beyond typical Comfort Inn dusty and fuzzy.. The phone was covered in dark dirt and fuzz, behind the dresser was about 3 " of fuzz and filth. There were hairs on the bathroom floor that were not mine. The faucet in the shower/tub should have been tossed into a dumpster years ago. I mentioned it to the front and no response. The dog fee is shocking, 35$ a night! NEVER again ever. This is a horrible hotel in a dicey location. It has gone downhill from already being near the bottom of the hill.

Clean Rooms! Fresh smelling rooms, clean linen and towels, tub was shining like the eiffel tower! It was not noisy, I heard nothing from my neighbours. I had such an excellent sleep that I ended up staying another night! The receptionist was friendly and full of smiles, made me feel welcomed. Excellent Service!

Worst hotel. Front desk was awful. Check in process was horrible. Found illicit drugs in our room and attendant disposed of them inappropriately. Very disappointing with service overall. Would not recommend staying here- especially if you have young children.

It's about a 7 minute drive to get there from the hotel. About 10 minutes to get back because the traffic lights tend to go against you and you need to make many left turns.
