At the beginning of April I stayed with my girlfriend in a room that directly overlooked the corridor, which was not commensurate with the price I paid.
The front desk did nothing. Totally disappointed. If I go back to Barcelona I would not stay there again.

This hotel is just fabulous. In terms of location it’s absolutely fab located in the city center , which all the main sites are within walkable distance and there is a metro right across the road . The rooms were good and well furnished, with amazing water pressure in the shower . The breakfast was rich and delicious and had a variety of dishes . The top notch of it all was the roof bar with amazing views of the city and great cocktails. The service was outstandingly friendly and helpful and very attentive. I came with my parents and they felt very comfortable asking questions and got answers and aid from every staff member. Thank you for an awesome stay

Great location, very central. It’s quiet inside, even though on a busy street, with a great Spanish live music bar close by. Breakfast was good and most staff were lovely. Standard double room we felt was too small upgrade if you can. Nice roof bar. Would recommend.

My sister and I are just back from a one night stay at this hotel (wish it was for longer!) The hotel is fab, lovely service from check in desk to welcome drinks & breakfast choice. Megan (& her colleague - didn’t catch his name sorry -on 9th April) were very friendly and lovely. She gave us a free upgrade to a nicer room on the front with a balcony. Bed was huge and lovely & clean throughout the hotel.
Hotel is in a very good central location. Highly recommend this hotel & will definitely be returning :)

Amazing hotel no faults- reception Celia and Noelia were so helpful and always greeted u with a smile- breakfast was huge and catered for every need - Bedrooms were large with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space - bathrooms large with great shower
The rooftop bar was lovely with great views over the city- all staff so very pleasant- The area was very central to get around- great hotel and made u feel very comfortable- as an elderly person I felt really at home and enjoyed my stay immensely
