We highly recommend the Willow Inn to host a private family function. We rented the entire Willow Inn for the weekend to get the family together for our father’s 90th Birthday. The rooms are modern, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the roomy, bright, tastefully decorated common area which offered plenty of seating for people to sit and visit throughout the weekend. We were able to organize tables and allow for a small band and dance area to entertain approximately 50 people for the main event. The kitchen was large enough for the families to pitch in and cook and serve meals including a turkey dinner and all the fixings. The inn offers large round tables and a choice of black or white table clothes (we chose black table clothes with gold runner) and with the flowers and helium balloon bouquets we bought we ended up with a party that exceeded everyone’s expectation and did not break the budget. We could not have found a better location to meet our needs and the owners of the Willow Inn are fabulous people who sincerely what people to enjoy their stay.

The Willow Inn is an excellant facility to host your celebration! This facility has been beautifully rennovated with much thought put into the small details to make any event a success. The 10 room hotel and gathering area can be booked as a unit making guest feel right at home. The hotel rooms were spacicious and tastfully decorated. The events area was fresh, bright, with tables and chairs supplied. The facility also has a beautiful two sided fireplace with comfortable seating to create gathering areas. Thank you to Darlene, Carol and family for making our weekend a relaxed and enjoyable time.

Staying at the Willow Inn was a fantastic experience. We stayed there for a month while in Wetaskiwin for business. I can't say enough positive things about our stay. The hotel has gorgeously appointed, modern, luxurious, sparklingly-clean rooms. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They went out of their way to do anything they could to improve our stay from adding an extra table/desk to our room, to asking for our favourite types of muffins, fruit and juice for the continental breakfast supplies. The hotel is only a 2 minute drive from the main streets of Wetaskiwin, yet the location is very peaceful and quiet so you feel you are far removed from the hustle of town. We often had deer wandering past our windows, only feet away. The outdoor kittens were worth braving the cold weather to play with and cuddle. Having the cats run out to greet us on the porch every time we arrived, and chase after us any time we were leaving was a definite highlight. 10/10.

We stayed here for three weeks. This establishment was exceptional - clean, excellent atmosphere, great staff, beautiful rooms, and great breakfast. It is located just on the outskirts of Wetaskiwin.
The price of rooms is comparable to those you would find in town. But the hotel and rooms are modern, spacious, well-designed, and far beyond what you would find at any hotel in town.
The Willow Inn is close enough to town to be convenient (about 2 minutes) but also far enough out that it is quiet and peaceful (we had deer grazing outside our back window).
Carol and Ben work the front desk. They are helpful and friendly. For example, Carol asked us for our specific preferences for breakfast. Ben helped us with a mechanical issue with our car and referred us to a shop in town.
I cannot say enough good things. If I could rate ten stars, I would. I strongly recommend the Willow Inn to anyone who plans on staying in Wetaskiwin. Great work.

Newly renovated inn with good size, comfortable rooms. Close to Wetaskiwin and in a quiet location. Very friendly owners and staff. Attended a family event in a lovely multi-use space, the staff made everyone feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

We had occasion to stay in this fine Inn. We have stayed in hotels through out North America, Europe and other parts of this world. Although not lavious, this has to be one of the finest establishments we have stayed in. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The washrooms were, dare I say it, immaculate! The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast in the morning was 'Continental' and there were lots of choices! In addition we had friends in the campgound (Westview rv park) who were as pleased with there 'accomodation' as we were with ours. An example of how the staff ensures the customers have an excellent experience during their stay here, they set up a large screen TV in their workshop and invited everyone to come and enjoy that all important hockey game.

My family and I have stayed at the Willow Inn several times and each time has been a very enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room is very comparable to that of one in a major city. When in Wetaskiwin this is the only hotel I consider staying at.

If you are looking for a place to host your next family reunion, look no further! Gorgeous rooms, kitchen, and seating area to accommodate all 75 family members plus camping for RVs and tents. Bonfires, baseball, fireworks, and lots of space for all of our lawn games and kids' bouncy house. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our function a huge success.

The Willow Inn was a wonderful surprise. The rooms are big and comfortable and the facility is so quiet. The bed and pillows were perfect, and I can be picky. The chairs and working space were also comfortable. Now I hope I have another trip to Wetaskiwin just so I can stay here!

We had a family birthday at this property in the beautiful party room. The facility was great! Beautifully appointed, and has a full, well equipped kitchen. We also stayed in the hotel, and the rooms were wonderful. They are newly decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. Darlene and Carol were very helpful with all our arrangements, and we will definitely use this facility again!
