Great location for this hotel. The Bus stop was right out front, easy walk to a local church square with 4 cafes, very cool local vibe there. The front desk was exceptional, as were porters and concierge service. The executive lounge was also top notch. The only issue we had was the rooms cooling was on a timer we could not override and it got rather hot a couple mornings. To be fair I never complained, and feel they mostl likely would have addressed my concern. Sara at the front desk offered us concerige services and was extremely helpful. Room was clean and well accommodated. I had notice on some previous reviews complaints on slow elevators. We stayed by choice on the second floor. We never noticed any overly long waits or out of service elevators, so be bold and go for that upper floor. Would pick this hotel on a return trip without even looking elsewhere.

I had an outstanding experience at the Hilton Barcelona. My two-night stay was very comfortable; the rooms were clean, and the amenities I could use were available. The staff is highly professional and helpful at all times. It was a pleasure interacting with them. The hotel has everything I could imagine I could need: a restaurant, room service, and two great shopping centers within walking distance. Not to mention, there are plenty of restaurant choices nearby. The easiness of grabbing a taxi outside the hotel was very useful as well.

The hotel is an excellent area (Les Corts) with every amenity in close proximity (shops, restaurants, etc.) Public transportation to the "touristy area" of the gothic quarter is very easy with the Maria-Christina Metro station nearby. Staff at the hotel is great. Interactions with Monica (check-in) and Luis Enrique (housekeeping) were both excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately that is the only advantage of this hotel.
What immediately caught my attention were the dirty windows on the outside of the hotel. The windows cannot be opened, which creates an impression of claustrophobia.
The sound isolation is very bad so you have the impression that you are sharing a room with strangers.
The offer for breakfast is modest.
In the lounge, if you're even one minute late for breakfast, the waitress packs the food without allowing you to take anything else.

The staff at this location is amazing! All were friendly and professional. Rocio especially went out of her way to insure we had a great stay. Her recommendations were outstanding. She even helped us flag a taxi when we could not find one and then called our tour to let them know we were running a little late due to transportation issues. Service could not have been better!

Lovely visit to Barcelona! We had wanted a hotel a little closer to various attractions in city center, however, the other Hiltons were booked. After staying at this property however, we do not regret it!We had a lovely 2 room suite, which was perfect as it provided a great space for our daughter. There were no issues with the room at all. It was very well-maintained and we truly enjoyed how helpful the staff were. Ultimately, we were happy we were not in the middle of the city but just a short cab ride to the sights we wanted to see. As a Hilton Diamond member, we were able to access the Executive Lounge which was superb! The variety of food was exceptional. Essentially it was like having tapas nightly. Also a great selection of drinks and vegetarian options. The breakfast was incredible as well! Made to order pancakes, omelettes, basically anything you desired! I highly recommend this property for traveling with kids and getting the 2 room suite. Our daughter loved it and we rested quite comfortably in our beautiful room which was decorated to match the Gaudi architecture, which is a huge detail not to be overlooked. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

We stayed in the Hilton Barcelona for a spontaneous December weekend using Hilton Honors points. Upgraded to a Junior Suite by HH status, we can’t fault the rooms at all, it was modern and clean. The location is within a few minutes walk of several Metro stations and a few shopping centres. We spent a lot of time exploring Barcelona and the Hilton was a good base for that, with a good breakfast selection and a nice room.

This Hilton was home base for a couple nights after disembarking from a cruise. It’s on a busy thoroughfare but quiet neighborhood at night. Restaurants are easily accessible in this business focused neighborhood.
Shopping, metro station and can Transportaion is easily accessible.
The other major Hilton in Barcelona is also on Avenue Diagonal so make sure

Staff was very friendly and cooperative, but the rooms a little noisy. The hotel pretends to be an upscale place, but it is not. The breakfast is average, the gym is basic, the valet parking is not valet parking and the exec lounge is below par. The location is very good, the people at reception very friendly and rooms are spacious. Therefore 4/5 for this rating.

We booked this hotel as I am an HHONORS member and preferred to stay somewhere that I trust. The location of the hotel was also excellent.
However, we took an overnight flight to Barcelona and so I requested an early check in as we would arrive tired. When we arrived at 10 am, not only did I discover that my request was not acknowledged, which I understand, but was told that the check-in time would be at 2 pm and that they can't accommodate us before then. I asked for any available room to rest in in the meantime, but they said that they were fully booked and could not accommodate us. They offered us a complimentary drink in the lobby instead to wait. A drink that never came by the way, I only asked for water!
Since we had no other choice, we waited until 2pm only to be told that the room was still not ready as the previous guest was still in the room and hadn't checked out. I was furious by that time and asked to speak to the manager. They then managed to accommodate us in a different room.
Really not a great experience and not what I have come to expect from the Hilton brand.

I think they have USB chargers, but I had my own adoptor for my laptop. This may also depend on the type of room offered (e.g., executive floor)..
As a past guest can confirm that there are taxis waiting very close to the hotel in its courtyard or you can hail a taxi from the main road literally in front of the hotel. From the cruise, when people dis-embark, there is long line of taxis waiting for passengers. We took a taxi from the hotel to the Cruiseport and it was a quick 15-20 min ride from the hotel.

I suspect they may well be able to accommodate your request as by the time you get there from Barcelona Airport they may well have availability for you to check in.
