Write a reviewBy far the worst Hilton hotel I have ever been to. No possibility of getting fresh breakfast items on request like omelette, scrambled eggs etc. The executive lounge is supposed to be open till 11 pm. One day when I tried, at 9:30 pm everything was already closed (except the coffee machine). Room service has not vacuumed throughout the entire stay of 3 nights even though there were visible scattered items/dust on the floor. Good location (lot of commute possibilities), quite a good and fast connection to the airport too.

Stayed for 1 night before a cruise - room was modern and clean and check-in was efficient. Breakfast was excellent (you can usually count on Hilton for that!) - plenty of choice and even had a make-your-own-mimosa counter.
Room service was expensive but that is to be expected at a higher end hotel.
There was a fair bit of noise outside but didn't affect sleeping which is most important. Would happily stay at this hotel again

We stayed at this hotel during a 4 nights leisure visit to Barcelona.
Although the location is not the best, but you can always rely on Barcelona’s public transportation and access the central parts conveniently. The Camp Nou stadium is also within the walking distance of the hotel, while you can find some shopping and eating options around the hotel.
The breakfast is fine, but nothing spectacular and it’s almost the same everyday.
All in all, we did not face any major issues during our stay and this was our expectation when we had booked a Hilton hotel. However, the room service definitely needs improvement while we had some issues with it almost everyday and we had to call the room service to sort it out.

Dear AliAzarnoosh, Thanks for sharing your recent experience at Hilton Barcelona. Although, the Hotel is not set right on the city centre, there are public transportation facilities close-by (4min) that get you to the most tourist places within 15min. As for example the Bus line-7 or ‘Maria Cristina's Metro Station’ that is the same line to access 'Plaça Catalunya' (L3, green line). As per the breakfast experience, we are in the process of redesigning our buffet which I am confident will match the rest of the hotel. We will investigate possible issues with the room service and make sure these are addressed as quickly as possible. Looking forward to welcome you soon at the Hotel. We got a very good price for a 5 night stay at this hotel, less than 100 euros per night. Be warned, there are two Hiltons in Barcelona and they are conveniently enough named almost the same (Hilton Avenida Diagonal and Hilton Diagonal Mar) EVERY single taxi we took was a problem with this (we don´t speak spanish). The one from the airport took the wrong one despite showing address….. Arriving at the wrong hotel, they made it very clear that this happened frequently. Namechange anyone?
Anyway, we arrived at 11.30 pm certain of being able to have a bar snack as this is advertised everywhere (website, elevator and so on) to be open until 1.30 am. The bar is, the snacks are not. We could get room service but not have anything at the bar…
The extra bed we had explicitly ordered was not in the room. The receptionist promised to bring one straight away, it never arrived. Our son slept in our bed which is cosy, but not what we expected. (Didn´t want to wait any longer as it was late)
Housekeeping was very good! Clean room, no problem. Minibar was not refilled at all during our stay though, don´t know why.
Good location and otherwise fine. Tiny exercise room.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Extremely clean room, very comfortable bed and the room was very spacious.
Breakfast was lovely in the morning with a mini buffet.
Only downside is that the hotel's website states that you can get 24 hour room service, this is not true. I arrived at roughly 12:30am at night due to late flight into Barcelona and was told that room service stops at midnight. This was disappointing as the 24 hour room service was the primary reason for choosing the Hilton as I knew I would be arriving very late.
Breakfast was lovely in the morning with a mini buffet.
