I think this was an isolated incident. The hotel staff were were very sorry about this. We stayed at this hotel many times before and never had a problem.

Noisy Heater otherwise Good Hotel

We were assigned a room with a very noisy heater. The heating pipe housing cover on the wall was open. This room should not be assigned to guests in this shape....
