Went to Barcelona during the Christmas break and stayed here for 5 nights. Booking was done via Costco Travel.
Room: Superior XL room (this was the only one available). Very spacious. There were 2 beds laid out. Although it was stated as a Queen and Double, it felt more like a King & Queen actually. Easily can accomodate a family of 4., for a short tourist type of stay.
Amenities: Tried out the sauna a couple of times, Did not use the gym and the rooftop pool is open only during the summer.
Breakfast/Food: Had breakfast everyday while there. Pretty elaborate spread and lots of options including made to order hot dishes. Also had lunch once.Loved the food!
Location: Excellent! Very convenient with the City Center being only minutes away by walk as well as you can easily walk to several of the attractions. If not in the mood to walk, then right outside the hotel is a taxi stand, as well as multiple metro stations just minutes away. Its tucked away in a corner of a street which is not noisy and is very easy to get to.
Service: The best of all! Very efficient and helpful front desk. Must call out a special thanks to the team of Marc, Raul, Hugo, Matie for making our stay memorable!

This NH Collection Barcelona Podium has no intention of helping you when a problem arises. I better recommend other NH Collection hotels.
Do not pay for breakfast because if a problem arises they will not give credit. It is better to pay there during your stay or look for a more reasonable hotel that wants to help the client. I am totally disappointed with this hotel!

Staff and rooftop bar were nice. Everything else was miserable. Beds were hard as a rock and rooms were uncomfortably hot; didn't sleep for 2 nights. I was overcharged by the hotel before arriving - it was resolved but annoying. Layout of the room was inefficient and room faced a residence with people's laundry hanging out; not the best view. Location was much farther from city center than expected, not as convenient as I was hoping. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall the entire stay was not worth the money I paid and I was very disappointed with this choice. Would not stay here again.

Central location, easily walkable to old city.
Comfortable room, very quiet despite being street-side.
Excellent breakfast - big buffet and freshly prepared pancakes/eggs to order.
Terrace pool was open but unheated - still was nice to dip into after using the sauna.
Only downside was room was quite warm, despite a/c being lowest temperature.
Staff helpful and friendly.

Had a wonderful stay at the NH Podium. We were 4 families staying across late March and then stayed again two other nights on the return portion of. our Spain/Italy trip. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to all the stores and restaurants you could need. The front office staff was very accommodating during our check in process and made it very smooth. Special shout out to Pau, one of the hotel staff members. From the moment we started to arrive he was very helpful and addressed our questions about where to go and assisted with getting all of us the transportation needed. Appreciate him working with the checkin agents to ensure we were all pleased with the hotel services, and providing restaurant recommendations, and getting follow up calls from the management team to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is great, comfortable, quiet and the AC worked. Didn't realize until the second part of our stay, that there's a great pool and extended sitting area on the 6th floor with bar service up there as well, and a nice view of the city. Thank you all for making it a wonderful stay.

A really nice, comfortable hotel with pleasant staff and good food. The bedroom and bathroom had everything you could need. The location is near all the main sights of Barcelona. The breakfast was great and you can have it delivered to your room for just €5 extra.

Rooms reminiscent of a ski chalet as so small, no view out of small,high, opaque, window. I guess this is standard Barcelona.🤷

The hotel is centrally located and very clean. Service from the staff, especially Pau was very attentive and top notch.

We stayed at the hotel to visit family in Barcelona. The hotel staff went out of their way to suggest restaurants to accommodate our taste and ages of our family. Rooftop bar and pool are highlights of the property as well as the modern, recently renovated rooms.

There is no isolation in this property. Forget about quiet and peaceful sleeping.
We could hear our neighbors talking, foot steps from the ceiling, every time the rooms beside us open there doors we think ours was opened.

Hi sorry I can't help as I don't smoke.
No it does not.
I have never stayed in the Hotel De Condes but the NH Barcelona is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is near the metro and within easy walking distance of the Rambla. The breakfast is very nice and there is a roof terrace once the weather permits.
