Somewhat walkable
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The hotel seemed on the newer side, so the furnishings, which kind of cheap-looking, were at least in good condition. However, the hotel lacked some basic offerings. My room did not have any towel racks, a closet or any place to hang up garments. There were also not ice machines on each floor. They only offered ice on one of the four floors, which is quite an unnecessary inconvenience. They also, as of December 2022, still used covid excuses to not provide regular room service or even towel replacement or trash removal. A guest has to make a special request for any of these items. The hotel has gives guests a very rudely phrased handout threatening guests not to smoke or vape with penalties of $200, eviction from the hotel and not being welcomed back to the property. Though I don't smoke/vape, their bullying handout was very abrasive and seemed to personify their "take it or leave it" attitude towards their self-serving, non-customer friendly policies.

The hotel offers a bench over the AC where you can put your luggages and 4 hangers for clothes in the room with the iron board. One hanger behind the bathroom door as well. The hotel offers service everyday if the guests request at the front desk like many other hotels. It is pretty fair to make the warnings as it is a non smoking property and the hotel does not request a deposit. Anyway thank you for your sincere comments!

Great new hotel, ideally located close to the theme parks yet away from the main roads to provide a quiet night's sleep. Washing and drying machines located on the 3rd floor, free parking and restaurants within walking distance should you wish to leave the car. Outlets are also close by if you want to do some shopping too. I struggled to find anything to be critical of and to top it off priced perfectly given all of the above. Wouldn't look elsewhere in all honesty.

Great place to stay with the family, very clean, nice friendly staff. We were able to check in early and leave out luggage at locker room after check out which was very helpful. The Disney shuttle stops by hotel in the morning and in the afternoon.

Neat, clean, and always smells fresh. The king size room is good for couples. Toilet is good sized with standing shower. Cool and quiet A/C and plenty of USB ports. The room floor is covered with vinyl parquet which keeps the room cool and fresh.

Expectation was not a lot considering the price and previous reviews on this site
How wrong !
On arrival pleasant friendly staff gave us a goodie bag of water crisps and chocolate and a nice welcome
Room was comfortable the bed was good and bathroom was as well Nothing glamorous but it what we expected and more.
Having done a road trip where we stayed in 2, 4 star hotels and a 5 star we have to say this hotel done itself proud.
If you want a limited budget and a comfortable room in a good location and good price then go for the Spot you won’t be sorry
We would definitely recommend it and most likely stay again on the arrival to Florida or way home to the UK

I stay at hotels about 4 nights every week for travel and work. First and last time at this hotel. $15 resort fee, for what. Pool closes at 6pm. I called for a remote and was told I needed to come down to get it. My wife went downstairs and the front desk staff was chatting and laughing with the housekeeping staff. At the same time I called 5 times to see where the ice machine was and my calls were sent to voicemail. My wife was downstairs while I was calling and the staff ignored my calls. I will never stay there again. No wonder why they have a low occupancy rate. By the was this is a red roof in brand hotel. So for $90 you can get better elsewhere. Sorry had to be honest.

At first glance it was decently cleaned, once we started unpacking and settling in we noticed the room was not cleaned properly. A example would be we found a hair in the soap dish in the restroom. Also a red paper clip that was on the floor. The bed frame also had some what we hope was water stains. Other than that the restroom also smelled bad all the time since we arrived like sewer smell almost. The sink in the restroom also didn’t drain correctly. Besides that the fire alarm went off my first day there and not to mention someone opened my door for some reason while I was asleep good thing I had the top locked, not sure if it was a cleaning lady or what, but shouldn’t they know the room is occupied ? This all happen in the span of me arriving my first day there.

We booked SpotX on International Drive, Regency Village, Orlando for 3 nights and paid in advance. We unpacked and noticed there were baby ants everywhere! They were in the lobby too by the coffee machine. It was disgusting. The woman at the front desk was nasty and said all they could do is give us a different room. After much discussion, she offered two nights back. We were not satisfied. We did not sleep there. Thanks to Trip.com they got us our entire money spent back. You really get what you pay for!!

Good location, OK facilities but they charge you 10 dollars for each arriving package that is way over a decent fee. Should put a sign that this facility charges that fee so no one dares to order anything. Room has nos drawers for longer stays, haging spapce is very limited and pillows are sub standard size.

I booked this hotel because of the reviews and proximity to Seaworld. (Less than 4 miles). The room was nice, clean and you can tell is fairly new. Everything was great, some of thevstaff is nice, the night staff, didnt even look at me as i walked by.
I think my room may have bee bugs. I woke up with 2 minor bites on my legs. Something they may want to check on...also, there is no complimentary breakfast or even complimentary coffee here. You have to pay for it all. Overall it was a decent stay.

However, we prefer to keep the breakfast as an option as per our consumer research, the hotel has several walking distance breakfast options such as Starbucks, McDonalds and guest - especially those with multiple night stays - prefers to vary instead of having the breakfast cost embedded in the price.
