Hotel worthy of 4stars however lacking in some departments. Service was outstanding.
We opted for a room upgraded which was the best decision we made.
Facility’s at the hotel were great, Sauna was superb. unfortunately the pool is not heated.
TV in the room was outdated and there was only basic channels, bed was decent enough.
Overall this hotel is in a fantastic location and the service provided by the staff is top notch.

The hotel is very nice close to plaça catalunya which is about 7-8 minutes walk to the hotel. There is a paid shuttle from the Airport to Placa catalunya and from there you can walk to the hotel.
The hotel is clean and has a good service and they are very friendly and helpful. They even give us a nice welcome package. Room was spacious and has what we wanted. Nice Sauna and pool area, does the job. Overall I would recommend it. Located very close to main attractions and from the center of the center.

We recently spent three nights here and this hotel is amazing.
It is clean and welcoming. Staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. I had forgotten my Euro adapter and they borrowed me one. They also helped us book our Montserrat tour. They have a tourism desk which we didn’t know about but now wish we had known earlier.
They offer breakfast buffet which is just awesome and has a large variety. Hot breakfast like omelette and bacon can be requested. I don’t think they offer full English. There is a wide selection anyway so on the second day I didn’t request a hot breakfast.
The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are perhaps their best feature. We liked the fact that there was a door separating the bed area and the bathroom. The only downside is that just outside the window is a residential flat and the sight is not as appealing especially if you wish to open the window. I suppose it cannot be helped since the hotel is in the city centre.
The hotel was within walking distance from most things. Taxis usually wait outside and these can be used to go anywhere. We were made aware that in Barcelona the taxis have the same tariff so you are highly unlikely to be ripped off. The metro and the buses were also close by.
The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool and bar. We attempted using the swimming pool one night but the water was unbearably cold!!! It is perhaps better to take a light blanket when using the rooftop bar because it was chilly when we were up there as a result we didn’t enjoy it. There is a gym and a sauna which is available but we didn’t get time to use it as we hardly spent time in the hotel.
We had two beds in our room and these were comfortable. The room was cleaned regularly. They provide showers gel, shampoo and hand soap. It would be helpful if they also provide a small toothpaste and perhaps disposable toothbrushes. The bathroom has a tub and a shower. I think they went overboard with shower heads to a point where it’s really confusing figuring out where the water will come from. Nice touch though. The water is a reasonable temperature. There is a wardrobe and a safe available.
There was a minibar in the room which we didn’t use.
We really loved our room and would definitely stay here again.

I was in Barcelona for one night and stayed here. From the hotel I could walk to most central places (15 min walk to Plaça de Catalunya). The hotel was impeccably clean and the bedroom was big enough and quiet with a comfortable bed. I slept extremely well. The staff were helpful and welcoming. I used the gym (which is quite small - 4 cardio machines, one bench and a few weights ranging from 2 to 14 kgs). I wanted to use the sauna as well but unfortunately it was out of order. The (small) swimming pool on the roof looks lovely and there is a bar next to it. This hotel deserves its four stars. It does lack a bit of character, but for a one night stay at extremely competitive prices, it was definitely value for money.

I chose this location among the NH hotel collection since it was centrally located and offered space for 3 people. The reservation process was convenient and they even offered online check in services 24 hours prior to our arrival. When my flight was delayed, I was able to quickly notify the front desk so they could be aware. They were very quick with their response which made me feel reassured that my reservation wouldnt be affected. Upon arrival, we were very satisfied with the room and surprised at how spacious it was. (for a hotel in Europe). We had 2 bathrooms in our suite and space for 3 people to comfortably stay. We found out that we were within 10 minutes walk to Playa Catalunya and also near to cafes and shops. Breakfast was available but you had to request it a day in advance. I didnt eat in the dining room for breakfast but we did have dinner. The choices were adequate especially after a long day of touring. The amenities were plenty with there being a gym, sauna and conference room. Overall, Id recommend this hotel for someone looking for a comfortable experience that was well worth the money.

Hi. When we were there in April, the sauna was not working, but I would hope that this has been sorted out by now? The renovations did not bother us and there was no noise. Having said that, we were out most of the day and only there for the evening. Call or email the hotel.
