Write a reviewWe had a fabulous 5 days here with our two teenagers, the rooms were spotless, cleaned daily and the air conditioning unit was so quiet and functioned perfectly. The staff were helpful and courteous, especially the pool side bar men and ladies. Breakfast was plentiful with so many choices to suit all needs. The hotel was in a lovely area, taxis were cheap approx. 10 euros including tip to Park Guell and Sagrada Famillia. The taxi rank was right outside the hotel. We visited the Picasso Museum and La Rambla which were great and the gothic quarter was amazing to walk around. We also walked to the beach which was quite hard in the heat but an experience worth having.

My girlfriend and myself stayed here for 4 nights in a room on the 1st floor. The staff were fantastic from start to finish especially when pointing out places to eat.
The room itself was nice and clean while being big enough for a European hotel room.
The rooftop pool & bar were fantastic as the weather was extremely hot when we were there so made a difference to have somewhere to cool off.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Strange planning for rooms, bad ventilation, swimming pool runs out of towels daily and on 1st day had food(puke?) and shattered glass nearby, feeling that there's chaos in common areas and staff does any work to sort it out only if someone directly asks them to do so.
Barely meets the expectations for 4* hotel, but compliments to chef, food we got from room service late at night was superb.

Thank you for sharing your comments that will help us to improve. The pool area can be really busy and not allways is easy to have it in perfect shape all the time. Regarding the towels, we have them available for all guests and kindly ask to use one per guest but they are used as pellows and other ends... so, yes, we run out frecuently but try to replace them as soon as we are aware. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are studing a system of towel loan that is easy for the guest and adecuate for us. We are happy to know that you enjoyed our food service and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again so you can check our improvements. Best regards.

We stayed at the hotel to visit family in Barcelona. The hotel staff went out of their way to suggest restaurants to accommodate our taste and ages of our family. Rooftop bar and pool are highlights of the property as well as the modern, recently renovated rooms.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel at the very end of a trip, and it was a perfect spot to wrap up our last days in Barcelona. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful and clean, and the pool and rooftop deck were awesome... the food and drinks are very good and reasonably priced, too (David the bartender was extremely helpful and friendly, as well!). It’s in an AWESOME location, definitely easy to get anywhere in the city but not too touristy in the general area. We loved stayed here, would definitely recommend!

Sorry for the delay in our answer.
We do not heat the pool, although we keep it well maintened during all the year. For the days you mention the watter might be too cold depending on the weather.

First of all thank you for your interest in our Hotel. Unfortunatelly the elevator does only arrive to the fifth floor and the Terrace is located at the sixth floor. We allways help any disabled guest to get there but understand it can be uncomfortable.

Dear customer,
Our roof top terrace is open all year. The use of the pool depend on the weather because it is an outdoor pool and the water could be cold at that time. Anyway if you are brave enough you can swim any day from 10 to 22 h. The Terrace Bar might be open only on weekends by the end of Oct (also depending on the weather).
I must say that our terrace is really enjoyable and we are willing that you experience it yourself.
