We were put up here by the airplane company after our flight was cancelled. We were pleasantly surprised after reading a few reviews - the room was very clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable and spotless bedding. We didn't know until we arrived that they don't actually have a resturant or a bar but the staff kindly helped us by directing us to the nearest eaterie. The only let down was the shuttle bus. It didn't turn up at the airport despite several of us ringing and trying to locate it. It also wasn't running at an appropriate time for the return journey and we couldn't work out why we were asked on both occassions if we wanted to go or be picked up from the hospital!

Stayed at this location for a one night stay on business. Parking was available even though I arrived at almost 8:30 at night on a Thurday. Check in was quick and efficient. I am not a member of Marriott hotels so my room was just a standard booking and no extras. It was a double queen room with a sitting area, a kitchenette (fridge, mirco, and sink), desk, and shower seperate from the vanity. Paul Mitchell products in the shower! A very nice layout - felt very roomy. I slept well, bed was very comfortable. In room coffee was terrible - but downstairs there was a hot breakfast and coffee with creamers, included in my rate - very good! I am a Hilton Honors Gold member but this hotel made me consider switching to Marriott!

First vacation since lock down in March. The Marriott hotels were recommended to me at being very diligent about their cleaning process so we decided to give them a try. Coming back from Orcas Island, wanted to stay close to Sea-Tac before leaving the following morning. Plexiglass at check in and no touch credit card payment. Got to the room (we got a Suite as we had 2 kids). All the extra sheets, blankets and towels were in plastic. The beds were great, we slept very well. I like the curtains, they were long enough so the sun didn't peek in too early. We asked for extra blankets and they were delivered by a very nice man. Over all, would definitely recommend this amazing hotel!

We travel a lot to the area for soccer tournaments and this was, by far, our worst experience. Check in and the parking lot were fine. Housekeeping needs a complete re-training. Beds were changed and the bathroom sink was kind-of wiped down, but that was it. All surfaces were dirty, toilet had obviously not been cleaned. Disgusting. I mentioned it to the front desk, who said they’d say something to the housekeeping manager. That’s it. No new room, no sending housekeeping to come up and clean. We were left with a dirty room that I cleaned with soap, wash cloth, and sanitizer wipes. The rooms were way too expensive to have to clean on my own.
One thing to note, food is scarce in the area. They do offer a room service, which must be from a central kitchen off site. Over priced, you are charged a delivery fee, and they screwed up our order. Not worth it. I’d suggest bringing food with you before you check in or order from a local pizza place that delivers.

I do apologize that we disregarded the issues at hand. I can advise this is not how we maintain a hotel. As for the new room, I am beyond sorry it was not offered. We chose this hotel for the Park N Fly program, which allows you to leave your car when flying out of SEA, plus the free airport shuttle. They don't tell you that the shuttle stops running at 11 pm. Our flight was delayed so we missed that deadline by about 15 minutes. However, the front desk guy arranged for a Lyft ride, paid for by the hotel. Can't complain there! We expected a complimentary breakfast buffet, because they used to have one, but no more. It sounds like they plan to open a cafe (not complimentary). The room was nice and comfortable, though the HVAC unit is noisy and right next to the bed. Nice glassed-in shower with plenty of hot water. Would likely return.

Very clean and comfortable, felt like a brand new hotel. Super close and convenient to King Lasik if you are having Lasik or other eye surgery.
I was having eye surgery at K2 Vision (King Lasik) and we did not want to drive home after each surgery, then have to drive back the next day for Post Op checkups. As soon as the hotel found out I was going to King Lasik they informed me we qualified for a discount.
We ended up staying here three times within 30 days, once for my consult, and then again after each eye surgery. They even let us check-in early which really made it really easy and convenient.
Rooms were quite and shower/bath excellent with really good water pressure. I would recommend and stay here again in a moment.

The room itself was wonderful. The young woman at the front desk was extremely rude toward my partner and I and so was the guy who was on the computer next to her. When I walked up to the front desk, I greeted the woman - said hello and good morning and smiled… she just looked at me and ignored my greeting. When I told her what I was there to do (exchange my room keys for new ones since we decided to extend our stay) she continued to be standoffish & unwelcoming. When I asked her for a receipt for the extra days I paid for she said she could give one to me after we checked out of the hotel. I then asked her for an invoice because it doesn’t make since that I can’t see what I’m being charged by the day until I check out. She then said she could email the invoice to me and I told her I would appreciate that. The guy standing next her at the computer (not a front desk employee) kept listening into the conversation and making rude facial expressions multiple times during the interaction. When she finally gave us the new keys, she just handed them to me and said nothing, no “here are your new keys” no “here you go have a nice day”…. No words at all and looked at us like we were something dirty she wouldn’t want to touch. Then when we left and headed towards the door… I turned back 5 seconds later or so and and saw her smiling at the guy and talking about something and that’s when I said, “You guys are being really weird…” They froze and the guy said, “What??” I repeated myself and they didn’t really say anything.
It’s hard to describe the incident online but it was deeply unsettling. She shouldn’t be front desk staff if she can’t be kind and or respectful to guests.
The staff who were there when we checked in late at night our first day at the hotel were great and we really appreciated them.
The place is kind of bougie which I wasn’t expecting at all because we stayed at a Sonesta in Arizona and the vibe was way better - relaxed, welcoming, etc…

I booked this online for 2 nights for our family while we visited some family. The online description said it had breakfast available...it didn't. All it has is a small convenience shop which was not all the way stocked. The first night my two kids were excited to use the pool...we walked in and were shocked how small it was but worse the pool had algae on the bottom of the pool and a visible layer of nastiness on top of water. Our room itself seemed ok. One pillowcase was not washed. Last but not least, I went to shower on our last day and the hot water was completely gone. The very cold shower was not what we paid for so all I could do is get my feet wet. Very disappointed!

Our GPS took us to the address for Sonesta. We parked and went to the front desk where we were asked to wait for five minutes while the desk clerk chatted with a security guy - it did not sound urgent. Then we were told that our reservation was in a different hotel behind the one we were in. We drove down to the other hotel and checked in after about 15 minutes of fooling around.
This hotel is apparently clean and well-maintained. The room was good. I suspect there are people living in this hotel full-time based on what I observed.
This (these) hotels are not real easy to find without a GPS.
There was no breakfast, only coffee and tea. Rather utilitarian place.

I was here for 2 nights. It was awesome!! I came up here for medical procedures and the staff was so very nice.I was a little freaked out for the procedures so I was a bit needy, but they got me everything I needed. After the procedures the manager even went to buy me much needed cough drops!!!( I paid him back of course) That was above and beyond what was normally done.
