Write a reviewStrange planning for rooms, bad ventilation, swimming pool runs out of towels daily and on 1st day had food(puke?) and shattered glass nearby, feeling that there's chaos in common areas and staff does any work to sort it out only if someone directly asks them to do so.

Thank you for sharing your comments that will help us to improve. The pool area can be really busy and not allways is easy to have it in perfect shape all the time. Regarding the towels, we have them available for all guests and kindly ask to use one per guest but they are used as pellows and other ends... so, yes, we run out frecuently but try to replace them as soon as we are aware. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are studing a system of towel loan that is easy for the guest and adecuate for us. We are happy to know that you enjoyed our food service and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again so you can check our improvements. Best regards.

We were a family of 3 visiting then Podium in the beginning of Nov. 2017. We had the Family quadruple room which has 2 full showers and bath rooms with a separate door.The room was great , and the service, oh the service... The first evening, our kid (11) got a big red helium balloon accompanied with all kind of sweets.. every evening we got a call from the reception asking if we need anything and if they can assist us with something which was a great welcoming service. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel - the food and room service are great !
They made our vacation something to remember and to appreciate.

Location is great with a few minutes walk to el Born, La Rambla, etc. The entire hotel was very clean and service was great. The rooftop pool was definately a huge plus. We loved sipping some rose, overlooking the city while the sun set each night! Room service was also super affordable. Great value.

We stayed here for a few nights before Xmas. It is a great location very easy to walk into the central area. The lobby is clean, there seemed to be a lot of staff around and our checkin was fairly smooth. We book directly, a superior room and it was very spacious, clean and a great view of the street. Breakfast buffet varied meets most needs really.
We could checkin and out online for ease. There is a hotel restaurant if you don’t want to walk around we could not order room service which was a shame but not a big deal.
The photos are true to reality, our room had been refurbished very nicely. There was a coffee machine and for a change coffee and tea was refreshed. Towels were lush.
Wi-Fi was not secure, our only issue.
We could checkin and out online for ease. There is a hotel restaurant if you don’t want to walk around we could not order room service which was a shame but not a big deal.

I stayed there with my family for 7 nights and besides gr8 location , friendly staff - front desk , room service & restaurant made it special. Hugo- the Guest services manager is one reason I will visit again 👍😀
