The hotel is nice and service at check in is friendly. We had an OK time here but there are a couple things that I didn't enjoy. Like I said, our room was spacious but it was on two levels so there was a small staircase to go from the lower level (where bed and desk are) up to the bathroom level. The bathroom was nice and spacious, too, but this staircase was not fun to have to navigate during the night when it is dark and the only safe way to do it was to turn the light on. Unfortunately, from our room we heard a lot of noise, both street noise and other guests. We had a balcony room but the glass on the balcony doors did not block out the street noise. As a comparison we had a similar room in Madrid right on the Gran Via, right above the street, but those glass doors did a great job of blocking out noise. The positives are that the hotel and its lobby are nice, it's in a great location, and the room was spacious.

Dinner was great. The dinner was not included to the price so it was charged to the card on file. The staff was kind. The hotel is conveniently located and it was in walking distance of everything. The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful.

We have stay in this hotel 3 nights and everything was perfect. Beginning by the front office and a very nice welcome. The room 222 was absolutely perfect and the housekeeping team and the minibar team help a lot to keep those rooms wonderful! We had the the chance to discover a fresh breakfast we a very nice team ( especially Angel ) and original ideas like the fresh smoothies! The bar/restaurant was very nice with many choices and an amazing team with Mihail and his sudamerican colleague (I don't remember her name). Also a perfect location just in the middle of the coast, plaça Catalunya and the arc de trionf! I will return as soon as possible in this hotel!

I honestly can't fault this hotel. We stayed 3 nights with my 80 year old mother, 17 year old son and 14 year old daughter and it worked brilliantly for all ages. The staff bent over backwards to be helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made our stay there an absolute joy. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Perhaps the only small complaint if I had to find one was that if you have a corner room they are bit cramped and if you have the window open it is difficult to reach one side of the bed, particularly with a side table in the way. The other two rooms we had were outstanding. Lovely touch was having coffee and tea making facilities and water bottles replaced every day. My son turned 17 while we were there and they left balloons and cakes in his room!
We opted for breakfast in the hotel and it was superb. Probably the best I have had anywhere and a lovely dining room too. I am gluten free and there were lots of options.
They had an excellent concierge called Hugo who helped us book restaurants and trips and contacted us via WhatsApp to confirm or make changes. Again, nothing was too much trouble.
A lovely touch as you walked in the door was a refreshment table with cold drinks infused with lemon, mint etc.
We ordered food twice and again, this was exceptional.
The rooftop pool was beautiful and I just wish we had had more time to enjoy it!
We will be back for sure!

Very nice hotel,excellent breakfast with kids area in the breakfast room..very practice if you have kids. Good position few minutes walking from plaza catalunya and other attractions . If you have early check out they prepare you a pic nic bag very useful if you leave at 6h00 am.

We spent 5 days at the NH Collection Podium in Barcelona in March 2023. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was great as it was a quick and easy walk to many attractions and the bus was minutes away. While it was close to everything, it was also in an area that is away from busy roads. The rooms were spacious and clean and the service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved our stay at the NH Barcelona. Stayed in a Junior Suite which was perfect. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Great service too. We arrived early at 10:30am from a long flight and was pleasantly surprised that our room was available. We were expecting to just leave our luggage and wait til 3:00pm. The early check in was offered right away without having to ask and beg for it like other hotels. Will definitely stay here again.

We spent 5 nights here, a good amount of time to get to know the staff and property. The location is perfect, we walked to most everything and there were always taxis outside if needed. The beds were very comfortable, and we faced into a residential courtyard that was very quiet. Wish we had a balcony as requested, that would have made it 5 stars. Our favorite part was the morning breakfast buffet. So much variety and very helpful staff. After 5 mornings, we were still finding new treats to enjoy.

This location was within walking distance to shopping areas, attractions, and places to eat. You couldn't ask for a better location. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist in anyway. Even the smallest request was always an immediate response. The hotel itself as far as the rooms, amenities, and size was more than enough for two people. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that helped me start my day was more than adequate and very tasty. I would stay at this location again.

I have never stayed in the Hotel De Condes but the NH Barcelona is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is near the metro and within easy walking distance of the Rambla. The breakfast is very nice and there is a roof terrace once the weather permits.
There are more places to choose from in the Barcelona area.
