Write a reviewThis was our first trip to Barcelona; we’re a family of four with two adults, in our 40s, and two teenagers – 16 and 14. We just read the review by JDBlain from the UK and couldn’t agree more with his assessment. We researched a bit and found this hotel on-line, and based on the reviews (and the family suite), we booked it. We made a great choice! The hotel was great – it exceeded our expectations, particularly given the reasonableness of the cost. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived (which was nice, because we came straight from the airport after traveling from Kansas City, Missouri!) The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the city. The building was well-kept and clean, and in a perfect location for exploring the city by foot or by subway (the Arc de Triomf and its metro stop are a short five minute walk from the hotel). We had a family suite which consisted of two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. One room had a queen-sized bed, and the second room had a queen-sized sofa bed. The rooms were very spacious – even by US standards – and the bathrooms were well-appointed. We were very comfortable in our room, and it served as a great base from which we could explore the city! Our room was on the third level, which was called the first floor, and we found it to be peaceful and quiet, especially at night.
The hotel has a rooftop pool with wonderful views. It was very relaxing to spend time up there at the end of a busy day of sightseeing.
We loved our time in Barcelona, and this hotel helped make our trip a resounding success! We will definitely stay here again if (when?) we return to Barcelona!

This was my family's first visit to Spain and we could not have been happier with the hotel location, amenities, staff or location. We stayed in the family suite and were incredibly comfortable. The hotel was in a safe location and the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Barcelona.
