Motel 6 is not normally our go to for accommodations but choose this location simply based on price point only. Check in was quick and friendly. Our room was smaller than what we’re use to booking but it worked for the amount of time we spent in the room. The bed & pillows were surprisingly comfortable and the bath towels were as soft and plush as any high end hotel. There was no coffee maker in the room but coffee/tea is always available in the lobby as well as bananas, an ice machine and plenty of vending machine options. We did have a small cube fridge in our room which was a nice touch and unexpected. There is no carpet in the room making it great for cleaning purposes but could have used a small mat or shoe tray to put our shoes on especially during winter months. The bathroom is small especially the shower but for only a couple nights stay it was ok. We had no issues as far as noise, staff were very friendly and the overall motel including our room was very well taken care of and clean. All and all not our first choice when choosing a hotel but Motel 6 is a great value. We would probably stay here again.

I love this hotel!! l I always stay at it when in the area. I have 3 children between the ages 13-4 and the staff are so welcoming to us and our Yorkie, this is a pet friendly hotel & unlike any other “pet friendly” hotel, it is very clean. I definitely recommend this place!! We always have a good nights sleep here.

If you are looking for a clean, economical hotel, this is the place. This is our 3rd time staying here. Staff is great. We didn't expect the room to be cleaned during our 4 day stay but surprise it was. Great having coffee, bananas, hot water and well-stocked vending machines iin the lobby. Discovered an immaculate laundry room on the 2nd floor. Staff accommodates and tries to help and please. Dogs are not a big deal. Close to the highway. Would stay again.

Our son was travelling in bad weather. We booked and paid for a room in Airdrie, AB. They refused to let him check in without a credit card of his own. The roads are dangerous. Shame on them. I will do my best to ensure everyone I know sees this message.

Crawled into bed . It was dirty in spots and the sheet was totally worn out . Definitely someone slept in it and then made it . I did complain to front desk on 2 occasions . The second bed was clean. I was late checking in so by the time I crawled into this it was 1 am . I understand that there was little they could do in the middle of the night
. But then from 2:30 -4:30am the loud partying on the second floor woke me up . At 4:30 called desk again about the noise .
Upon check out I talked to the manger on shift about my issues . All she did was make excuses .
I would like to ad this is my 4 time staying here never had any issues . Definitely not staying here again .

The price I received was excellent so I chose to stay here. The room was small and quite basic but was clean and decent. It may not be the best choice if you need wifi as I had now ifi and had to use my hotspot. There is a small pool and whirlpool which was good. There is continental breakfast, but very basic, mostly just pastries. Good value for the price with minimal extras and a great location if you are driving.

Modern and relatively new hotel, super close to the Calgary Airport (YYC) with clean rooms and friendly staff. I had never stayed at Motel 6 before and did not have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the property, staff and the amenities. I was initially spooked by reading some of the other reviews, but I think it's important to recognize that you are paying for a budget friendly hotel after all and not a 5-star property so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the free breakfast made it even better and being so close other shops and food options, the location was very convenient and accessible. Would stay here again for sure!

Stayed for 1 night, the room and the hotel were both clean and modern. Check-in was smooth, wifi worked well. The breakfast isn't anything special but overall I was impressed. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Ive been here several times - yes it is in a strange location and the views are not great - furniture store on one side and industrial buulding on the other side but the plus's far outweigh the negatives -its a very clean and modern hotel and although the basic queen rooms are a bit on the small size they are very nice and the beds are very good - Awesome staff here , always very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a pool which is small but is very clean and is a nice place to hang out , breakfast is okay but for what i usually pay i just go down the road to tim hortons and have coffee there - i will be back as the rates here are unbeatable .

I was in Airdrie for a motorcycle weekend at Bikes & Bulls, but had a meeting on the Monday after, in Crossfield. So I had to stay from Sunday to Tuesday. I was tired and not feeling the best and arrived earlier than check in. The front staff was so accommodating that she managed to get me into my room about 3 hours or so before actual check in time! The room was so clean and comfortable, I was actually able to get some rest and fight off a cold! This was my 2nd time staying here and both times were awesome! Housekeeping was great! And it helps when the price is great too! Kudos to the staff!

Yes! Motel 6 Airdrie now offers a complimentary continental breakfast. It is a low key breakfast that includes toast (whole wheat and white bread), assorted muffins, assorted cereals, tea, coffee, milk, and juice (apple and orange). For those who would like to enjoy a hot breakfast we do offer a breakfast sandwich in our frozen vending machine.
