Good place to spend good time on your vacation

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in October 2023.
We think it was a very good choice for us when staying for a long time in one place.
Pros: 1. Great and spacious room #600, facing both sides of hotel
2. Excellent breakfast matching 4 * hotel level
3. Beautiful and spacious garden what belongs to hotel. It is located inside hotel yard, quite, with cozy chairs. We used to spend some time there every morning with a cup of coffee
3. Open swimming pool and hot water tub on the roof. We liked to stay there at the end of the day.
4. Supporting reception staff who assisted us with a lot of advice. We want to mention in particular Gian, Daria and Dmitry
5. Convenient hotel location close to railway station, public transit, restaurants, stores, sea etc.
Cons: Hard mattress, but we were provided with extra soft mattress cover

Rooftop pool and bar makes it

Lovely hotel in Nice, probably a 20/25 minute walk to the main promenade but there is regular public transport available.

Room was big and clean and had a nice view of the cathedral.

The rooftop pool and bar was lovely, around €9 for a Prosecco and open til late.

I would definitely stay here again, it was great value for money and in a decent location.

Great location and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning in the room could be improved.

Great location right in the city centre with good transportation, loads of restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and hotel environment generally. Need to be able to open the windows in a safe way. Air conditioning needs to be cooler to make stay more comfortable.

Room tip: When traveling in warm season, request rooms facing the back to prevent heat from the sun unto the glass window and facade.

My home away from home - Mercure Nice Centre Notre Dame - 10 out 10

The Mercure Nice Centre Notre Dame is THE hotel to stay in when in Nice. I had a fantastic time there - Staff were amazing very welcoming, very informative and accommodating with date changes and queries! The hotel decor is fabulous, vibrant and colourful! Its so central to everything, trams, restaurants, shopping!! The room is decorated with modern arty decor - so refreshing with very comfortable beds!! Mercure Hotel you are my go to hotel in Nice - Fantastic hotel, great staff, wonderful customer service - good people this is the perfect place to stay!!

Room tip: Great hotel for family stays - just a wonderful location

Very Good

We stayed as part of RWC package and really enjoyed it. Well located and within walking to the nearest tram. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was limited but tasty. Downside was the shower head was broken and it almost flooded the bathroom every time we used it.
