Stayed here on a couple of occasions very recently. Great location for Camp Nou only 10 minutes walk. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the suites are lovely and very spacious and very modern. The restaurant and bar is of high quality with very professional staff under the leadership of Manuel. There is a pleasant outdoor seating area and a few bars within a couple of minutes walk. The metro station is only 5 minutes walk on Avenue Diagonal where there are lots of bars to choose from. All in all a very nice hotel just a few minutes by metro from the centre of Barcelona or a 20 minute walk. Highly recommended

The room is like a suite with separate are for making coffee with mini bar, then lounge with sofa and desk & chairs . Also there is a partition to the bedroom with un suite full bathroom superb accommodation for the money paid

This hotel does not meet the standards of a Marriott. When I booked the room I felt that I booked the room with breakfast but at registration they stated this was not the case. The room was adequate. Our son was traveling with us and we requested a roll away bed which was very uncomfortable and at an additional 50 euros/night.
There was a water main break when we were there. We were unable to take showers until late in the day. I went to the registration desk to see why we had no water, we were never informed. When asked if they could provide bottled water to brush our teeth they looked surprised regarding my request. I did eventually receive a bottled water.
We had dinner in their restaurant as we arrived late and were very hungry. Dinner was disappointing. We had grilled fish and was mediocre. Outside patio is lovely for evening drink or to relax.
Hotel is a short distance walk to pick up the hop on hop off bus and breakfast restaurants that are nice. Public buses are available also.

Dear valued customer, Unfortunately, some weeks ago there was a problem in Pedralbes Avenue (next to the hotel), because one water pipe was broken and it was necessary cut the water during all the morning in all the buildings in the neighborhood. We tried to solve the problem offering mineral water to all the customers, but, although it was not a hotel problem, I understand it was an inconvenience for you. These incidents almost never happen, so please accept my apologizes. The Wifi is unreliable anywhere in the hotel. There isn't much to add to this. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and great for a short business trip. The restaurant has a lovely ambience (but caveat: an extremely limited, disappointing selection of food).
But the wifi just doesn't work. The hotel had me move my room to one with 'better coverage' and even then the signal was too unreliable to even browse simple web pages. (For the technical, between 75 & 95% of packets were lost pinging various major sites.)
It is frankly an appalling state of affairs. It makes the AC Suites utterly pointless for any kind of business stay (or stay where you might want to use the internet.)

The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable . We had a separate sitting area and outdoor patio in our suite. The hotel is right next to the blue tourist bus route. The walk to the Maria Christina metro stop was about 8 to 10 minutes long on a shaded sidewalk. The taxi from the Barcelona airport was €27. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety including scrambled and fried eggs. There is a little supermarket around the corner from the hotel. The neighborhood feels very safe.We would stay there again on our next visit to Barcelona .

Party of 6 (2 parents, 2 kids, 2 grandparents) stayed here for 3 nights in April 2015. We were upgraded to a family suite for the 2 parents and 2 kids, and it couldn't have been better. It was so nice to have some sleeping and relaxing space, as well as a balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather. My wife is still talking about sitting in the sun on the balcony eating breakfast (from Starbuck's down the street), and listening to the birds in the park below. The decor / style of the hotel and room is definitely to my taste, but the room is a bit beat up. Not dirty in any way, but definitely needing some attention to some pretty serious dings and dents, and an outlet hanging partially out of the wall. None of that was enough to lower my rating of an excellent stay, but I still recall those details a week and a half later. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the Metro, which is then a 15-20 minute ride "downtown". We didn't mind it at all since the area around the hotel is so nice, but it's a bit of a ride. Fortunately we never had to wait more than 4 minutes for a train over the whole weekend. Breakfast is absurdly priced at 20 Euros, particularly considering what I saw on offer, but Starbucks is at the end of the street, and has decent enough stuff to get you started for the day. There is a pool, which we didn't use, but would be nice on warmer days. Also, the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to Camp Nou, if you want to see a FC Barcelona game.

we spent about 10 days in the hotel over Xmas and New Year, the team were great, the location is ideal and it really felt like coming back home when we came back from Madrid.
Everything worked, wi-fi was fast and laundry efficient.
I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel for a long term stay.

Due to the taxi strike in Europe last Wednesday June the 11th, we had very had difficulties with some transfers of people who were visiting our company.
The AC Victoria Suites proved to be very efficient, gave quick and appropriate response to every need and brought an excellent service.
I would recommend the hotel because of its reception staff.

This hotel was a great price for the money. I've stayed at other suites in barcelona and this one was half or a third of the price.
I believe it was once an apartment block but it appears to be recently renovated. The only downside is it is a good 15 minute taxi from downtown and maybe 20 minutes from the beach.
Good value for money though. We came with two kids and you get two separate rooms which are separated by a fully closable sliding pocket door.
It's not a fancy as some of the suites I have been in but at 110 a night compared to 350 a night I am think it's still very nice considering.
There is a Starbucks about 5 blocks away so I would skip the breakfast and go there (unless you get it included for free).
There is a nice little kids play ground about a block away which our son enjoyed.
They hotel us to arrange a transfer with child seats in the taxi it was a bit overpriced (70 euro where a normal taxi to airport will cost 25-30) but its hard to get children seats in taxis here.
We were not able to enjoy the outdoor pool as its too cool but it looks ok. We didn't have a chance to try the gym.
We did try the niechel resteraunt next door (lobby desk made a reservation) and found the food to be really good as well. It's also nice to waddle back to the room as its connected to the hotel.
We had a nice balcony (the size of the room) with a table and two chairs and a little recliner on it.
We took the tram which goes up av diagonal and please pay attention to which one you take as we thought we had the right one (3) and ended up getting to the end of the line (1) only about half way the the center.
The room had a nespresso machine but no water boiler or iron.
All in all a nice stay minus the location being a little far out it was a great hotel at a great price.

We stayed here for two nights. We were going to see Barcelona FC play at Camp Nou and it's a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is clean and is in a neighborhood so it was a bit strange looking off our balcony to the apartments across the street. Felt very safe though walking around at night. Staff spoke English and was helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again - especially to see Barca!
