I was here for 4 nights and really enjoyed my experience. The room I had included a nice terrace where I had wine or worked at night and a small refrigerator with necessary glasses and snacks. Staff was always very helpful and breakfast was included in my room rate and it was a nice clean fresh buffet. I left my windows open at night and there was no loud street noise - it was calm and quiet as my balcony faced a backstreet with hardly any traffic. While you are not near a lot of tourist attractions - I was walking distance to IESE where I was speaking and its a nice stroll uphill through neighborhoods to get there. Close by is a huge fitness center included in your room - you just need to get a coupon and then a few blocks away are plenty of stores to buy Jamon, get bottled water and fruit for your room. TAxi to and from the airport felt less than 30min and the underground is a 5 min walk. For what I needed this hotel was really convenient.

This is a good business hotel. The hotel is small, but the rooms are very good. Breakfast is of a good standard and the staff are very helpful. The one issue for me was the size of the gym which was very poor and way too small for the hotel. It was a converted bedroom with 3 pieces of equipment that when 2 people were using you would not want to be in as a 3rd!

This hotel was a great price for the money. I've stayed at other suites in barcelona and this one was half or a third of the price.
I believe it was once an apartment block but it appears to be recently renovated. The only downside is it is a good 15 minute taxi from downtown and maybe 20 minutes from the beach.
Good value for money though. We came with two kids and you get two separate rooms which are separated by a fully closable sliding pocket door.
It's not a fancy as some of the suites I have been in but at 110 a night compared to 350 a night I am think it's still very nice considering.
There is a Starbucks about 5 blocks away so I would skip the breakfast and go there (unless you get it included for free).
There is a nice little kids play ground about a block away which our son enjoyed.
They hotel us to arrange a transfer with child seats in the taxi it was a bit overpriced (70 euro where a normal taxi to airport will cost 25-30) but its hard to get children seats in taxis here.
We were not able to enjoy the outdoor pool as its too cool but it looks ok. We didn't have a chance to try the gym.
We did try the niechel resteraunt next door (lobby desk made a reservation) and found the food to be really good as well. It's also nice to waddle back to the room as its connected to the hotel.
We had a nice balcony (the size of the room) with a table and two chairs and a little recliner on it.
We took the tram which goes up av diagonal and please pay attention to which one you take as we thought we had the right one (3) and ended up getting to the end of the line (1) only about half way the the center.
The room had a nespresso machine but no water boiler or iron.
All in all a nice stay minus the location being a little far out it was a great hotel at a great price.

PROS: Quiet area, Excellent staff, great service, Amazing Indoor/Outdoor Restaurant reasonably priced, great vibe, Great A/C, perfect location, Bus Turistic stop across the street, great price when booked several weeks in advance and/or watching the prices, huge 55" TV in renovated rooms, Nespresso Machines, huge rooms, good closet space & shelves, great beds, CONS: TERRIBLE internet, works only 50% of the time & often slow, Breakfast buffet ok, definitely not worth 20 Euros, NO walk-in showers, only bathtub/shower in which water floods the bathroom floor everytime. Only 2 renovated rooms in the entire hotel, tiny gym barely equipped, loud noises above some of the rooms, sounds like thunder, don't know what it is?

My family stayed at AC Victoria Suites in October. We had a family suite with 2 bedrooms. My 2 kids slept in single beds and we slept in a separate room. There was a living room and a single bathroom.
The facilities were spacious and clean. We ate at local restaurants like tagliatelle, Central Park, and Starbucks.
Breakfast was not included in our rate and we found it expensive at $20 Euros per adult.
The hotel is about a 7 minute walk to the subway line, Maria Cristina. From this line (line 3), you can access downtown areas in about 15 minutes. We found that we were walking about 15,000 steps a day. The kids, who are younger (7&10) found it to be a lot of walking and complained.
If I were to come again to Barcelona, I would look to stay somewhere closer to the center of town in order to cut down on the subway rides and walking.
We never got to use the pool or gym due to being out all day.

We are located in one of the best areas of Barcelona (Pedralbes) and the nearest metro station (Maria Cristina) is only 5 - 10 minutes walking. It is one of the stops on line 3 which can take you to the Port of Barcelona, Plaza de Cataluña, las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia with no need to change to another line.
Our quiet location is perfect if you want to rest after a day visiting our city center.
