The celebrity trainer, 39, was asked by her comedian partner who she would be willing to 'do a love scene' with in a wild video they shared to Instagram Reels.
Without missing a beat, the former Biggest Loser star admitted she fantasises about having a threesome with Hollywood hunks Keanu Reeves and Brad Pitt.
The footage began very innocently with Tiffiny sitting on a couch in the home she shares with her husband, who she married in 2014.

Tiffiny promptly answered '#energetic' which Ed playfully said 'nope' to, but things took a very raunchy turn on his second question of the video.
'If you could do a love scene with anyone who would it be?' he asked.
Tiffiny instantly answered with: 'My boyfriend Keanu Reeves or Brad Pitt or both.'

'That's a bit weird,' Ed responded, before moving on to ask about Tiffiny's 'favourite time of day' and her secret talents.
Tiffiny uploaded the video to her Instagram Reels alongside the caption: 'Quick fire questions with Ed! What do you think? Is he jealous of my boyfriend?'
It comes after Ed revealed he knew Tiffiny was the girl of his dreams when he flipped on the television one fateful day and saw her hosting Gladiators.

The 2DayFM radio host became smitten when he watched the blonde beauty compete on the show as the Gladiator Angel.
'I'm going to marry that girl on the TV,' Ed told himself, he revealed on the latest episode of Tiffiny's podcast Bounce Forward.
Ed then devised a plan to interview Tiffiny and didn't waste the opportunity, but their first meeting didn't go as the radio host had hoped.
'I didn't even remember meeting him, to be honest. But he didn't give up,' Tiffiny said, saying she gave him her number after he kept inviting her on his radio show.
